Neighborhood environment is rather friendly seeming; it is family oriented, with several families and kids around as well as a plentiful number of trees around neighborhood. Parking is fine for 1-2 vehicles in a single-lined space in front of open-gate entrance. Side patio is rather comfortable mainly due to appearance. Internal environment is welcoming and cozy; the bathroom is spacious in size as well as storage space and the shower/toilet are both adequate. The kitchen gives you enough space for small meal preparations or general quick-storage but lacks cleaning items (e.g., sanitary wipes, dish sponges). The bedroom is part of the kitchen and is spacious enough for luggage or minor exercises. Unfortunately, host or else-who were intermittently playing loud instruments—although the walls had dampened the volume enough for comforting enough sleep…. Overall however, the stay was pleasant… just be wary of night-time activities; and stores seemed to be moderately distanced apart from a nearby corner store.
