'Beautiful house in the most amazing location! The first two days I was blown away by the miles of perfect beaches to myself, and i am from sarasota! What I left with was the sadness of leaving home. Everyone in pelican point made me instantly a member of the family! This was the most beautiful and heart warming vacation I have ever had. I miss everything already as I sit and right this on the beach in anna maria island 8 hours after leaving!'

'Overall a great place with a very responsive host. My expectations for the Bahamas are a little lower than the States but I was pleasantly surprised. The view was amazing. We were outdoors quite a bit during the day but this place more than met the need and was nice to come back to.'

'Paradise Beach House is one of the best rental homes we’ve ever stayed in. Factoring in location and the beach and reef mere steps and paddles from the house, I’d say this was the best tropical vacation we’ve ever had!Upon arrival our first day, we jumped right into the ocean to snorkel, and it was absolutely gorgeous down there – so many colorful fish and other sea wildlife. 'Amazing trip in an amazing house! We boated from Ft Lauderdale and Palm Beach for a week of Green Turtle and Abaco adventure. We had two boats and seven people in the house, and were able to host a few dinners for 15 with plenty of space leftover (some friends had rented another house nearby). The a/c’s kept us very comfortable, the two fridges kept our drinks cold, and the entire place was awesome! The location of the dock couldn’t have been better!!'

'The host was very easy to get ahold of and when arriving by boat gave accurate instructions on how to find the home. Loved the location close to turtle, stingray and shark viewing, even a manatee on the canal. and the home is well kept with all you would need. '

'Everything about our week long stay at Coconut Beach House was perfect. The house is ideally situated to take in the views, the beach and the breeze. We listened to the ocean every night as we went to bed. The house is well equipped and has plenty of room for gathering together or lounging on the amazing screen porch. The gardens are beautiful as well. This is a wonderful retreat for people who want to be off the beaten path. '

'We stayed at this amazing home from June 7th through the 14th and couldn’t have been happier. The house is beautiful, well-kept, and has everything you need—including a generator, which came in handy when the power went out on the island. We never lost power! The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hidden gem—truly a great find!'
