'This home is well cared for. We felt very comfortable and rested for nephews wedding on Goat Island. Some of the guests in this house spent time shopping on Thames St. Others went to a Brewery and on our way out of town we stopped at Oyster Fest- this was a great location- My only complaint is that there were only 4 coffee cups but 6 guests, we had to take turns😊'

'Our family of five stayed for a long weekend. This was in a quiet neighborhood across the street from a path that led to the beach. The home was large and welcoming. Large kitchen perfect for cooking a couple meals a day. Great food in the area. Short drive to Newport for activities with the kids. Would highly recommend for those traveling to the area.'

'This is an amazing place to stay if looking to have a FABULOUS weekend in Newport. The property was extremely clean and absolutely beautiful! 'Beautiful home with ocean views. perfect location.stayed here for uri graduation ; outdoor deck with grill and plenty of property for a gathering. Large kitchen on 3rd floor viewing the ocean large master suite; 2nd floor with another sitting room multiple bathrooms and another 3 bedrooms 1st floor sunroom leading to outside-there are multiple levels with stairs but there is an accessible elevator- sunroom attaches to garage with beach supplies and ping pong table Everyone had a great time...

'Very nice location for a friends or family get together. This is a nice, quiet location if you just want to relax. We had 5 friends staying and it was prefect. 4 bedrooms, with multiple beds in two rooms for kids if you have them. The communication with the owner was excellent. 'Great home - beds are super comfortable. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked. The only issue were 1) location - not close to beach and parking was impossible 2) construction on property took away the advertised screened in porch which could have been a children’s bedroom 3) carpeted kitchen???
