'The Salty Mermaid was the perfect place for our group of 6, including 2 teens. We loved gathering at the big dining table for dinners and games. Kitchen was stocked with all the equipment we needed for the week. Great walking distance from the dock, but especially close to the beach. Host was prompt to respond to messages and check in/out could not be easier! Highly recommend this property on LGI for cleanliness, location, and great communication. '

'Love that the house was just steps from the dock and the beach was a short walk. It was nice to have chairs and an umbrella so that we didn't have to bring those with us. The house was wonderful with everything we needed. Communication was great with questions answered quickly. Would definitely book here again.'

'Lovely house! Everything you need for a wonderful vacation on the beach. The clothes dryer is a little loud and is missing the lint filter, so a few articles of clothing went missing…but we found them below the house where the dryer vent blows out. Other than that little mystery, our stay was perfect!'

'It's hard to have a bad time on Little Gasparilla island. Having a great host always makes it better. The condo was great and the host was great as well. John was very responsive to any questions and their condo was great. The location was great and the condo was beautifully done. 'This is a beautifully decorated and comfortable home in a perfect spot about 100 yards from the beach or docks. We loved the kitchen/family room where we could all be together while prepping meals and in the late evenings. We ate in the screened in porch (really important given the big situation in late July) with a beautiful view and played family games in the late afternoon during quick storms.This host is wonderful. Warm, responsive and generous. We had the pleasure of meeting her on our way...
