'The bathrooms need a deep clean. Dust and hair pushed into corners, the standard swiffer mop isn't always suitable. The pull out couch mattress had stains on it. The blower motor on the hvac unit had a bad bearing and it squealed all night-other option was enduring the heat. At face value it looks nice, but its not getting the attention it needs.'

'I thought this would be an excellent place to stay based on Expedia reviews and the Marriott name. This facility should be rated as a 2-star hotel. It is old and dated. The wallpaper is peeling and the carpet is loose on the floor.
When every hotel in the area is offering a free breakfast, why wouldn’t this hotel? On top of that they charge daily for parking - no other hotel in the area does that and there is plenty of parking available.
The hotel staff were not friendly or welcoming. They...

'Both check in and check out were extremely pleasant experiences. I stayed for an event at Drake, and the location was right across the street from where I needed to be making this an excellent place. The room was clean, updated, very comfortable, and I was glad for the parking. I would definitely stay here again for any other trips to this part of town.'
