'Wij verbleven in een tent en dat zou normaal gesproken goed zijn geweest. Helaas kregen wij tijdens de nacht een stortbui over ons heen. In de tent werd het behoorlijk nat. Met mooi weer zeer goed alleen vonden wij de luchtmatraszsn te hard opgeblazen.'

'El hotel no es un hotel de lujo, es un eco hotel dentro de la selva de Izabal, rodeado de manglares, si te gusta la naturaleza este es el lugar perfecto, las cabañas son pequeñas, comodas con lo necesario, el personal muy atento, mi unica sugerencia es que cambien de musica en el area de recepcion y comedor, tenian puesto todo el tiempo regeton, una musica muy desagradable, por lo demas todo perfecto'

'We picked this hotel as it advertised a pool - well they had one but it was green! Guy 'cleaning' it even agreed it needed chemicals. Not usable at all There's also no restaurant, other than for breakfast, which was okay. Hardly any water pressure in the bathroom '

'My room did not have a TV, and the toilet flusher had to be positioned a certain way after each use to keep the water from continuously running. On top of that, the lights went out during my stay, and it seems there’s no generator because the power never came back on. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.'

'Notre cabane n'avait pas de vue sur le lac comme tel mais elle était quand même proche (environ une centaine de pas) du lac. Propreté normal, pas extraordinaire. Bien équipé pour passer quelques jours sur place. Frigo, cuisinière, vaisselle, ustensiles, etc. Seul problème, nous étions 5 personnes et il y avait seulement 1 toilette/salle de bain.'

'Lugar incómodo e incomunicado. La empresa no colabora con el cliente no advierte que el camino es una brecha de terracería. El sitio no hay señalamiento que indique el hotel o cabaña. Es un azar que algún vecino se apiade de los que viajan y ofrezca ayuda personal. Incluso tuve un percance que fue solventado por los vecinos. La propietaria jamás dio la cara. Lamentable.'
