'Clean room'

'Room was clean and the AC/Heating was superb. The water pressure and temperature was super great!'

'The entire property was a disaster. -Frayed carpet all in our room -Urine smell in room -Damp bed sheets -Blue duct tape pieces holding a part of the inner elevator -Have to hold toilet handle down in order to flush -Carpet on the stairwell looks like it had not been vacuumed in months -Lamps did not work'

'Minimal staff, only the receptionist. No one tidied up my room or replaced towels or coffee supplies. My shower had what I think was pseudonymous growing in the corners and the floors were pretty dirty. The hallways smelled like wild oinions.'

'Old and tired facilities. Dirty carpets in hallways. Bathroom door would not close because the entire frame was warped. Air conditioning in lobby was broken and swimming pool was closed because of repairs. Inadequate staffing for the breakfast, one person taking care of two facilities. There were two units at this location, one was for guests with pets, the other was for non pet . We were placed in the pet facility without given a choice. Horrible experience.'
