Downstairs there was a door leading to a construction site, several defects in the living room, only one set of keys, and the bottom mattress was made of springs that left marks on your back. But the worst part was how cold it was; the windows didn't insulate, and the appliance in the dining room didn't work properly. Imagine how cold it was the two days it snowed. 'The place was great for visiting NY to see the Christmas lights and shows. Took public transportation from Newark airport which dropped us off at North Elizabeth station & we walked from there. Choice between bus & rail to get to New York City - bus stop was closer. Allow time for traffic especially if you have show tickets on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. 'Amazing unit to stay in! Extremely clean and the host was fantastic and timely at answering questions. Very nice neighborhood with a quick walk to the water which was nice! Definitely recommend staying. The access to the garage is a great bonus!'
