'A lovely unique property full of character. Very friendly and helpful staff. Being an old building with many original features it has its flaws but they add to its charm. All beautiful original windows so no double glazing. They rattle if it’s windy! Our room got very hot even with the radiator turned off due to the old water pipes. 'Lovely room and the beds were so comfortable! We followed advance about the parking in a very close car park so cheap and easy. We had an issue with towels which was sorted out immediately and communication has been great. The only thing we’d have liked is the ability to make a cup of tea, only a coffee machine was in the room, and they don’t get hot enough for tea. Small thing and wouldn’t stop us from coming back! Fab place. '

'A very nice guest house in a perfect location for the beach front, town centre & local amenities. My room was very pleasant with a comfortable double bed. There was tea, coffee, hot chocolate, bottled water, chocolates & biscuits also provided. The staff were very friendly, particularly Sue, the landlady, who was there to welcome me upon my arrival. Breakfast was delicious & cooked to order. I would definitely book again on a future visit. '
