"The location around the loch was great. The staff was really nice and helpful. The room itself was spacious with two bathrooms. The main bed was hard but good. The second bed was terrible. It was folded away in the main closet in the living room. The mattress was too short and very thin. With a minor investment a good sleeping couch would make it very nice and at least 5 stars. But since the whole purpose of a room is sleeping I have it a lower score. The interior was a bit outdated but very clean, spotless and comfortable. "
