'Excellent stay'

'Every single person that worked there was friendly and genuine. We were there for 2 days and enjoyed everything about our stay. Matt and Ian wanted to talk to me everytime I saw them. They just wanted to know how our day was going not just how we liked the hotel. The breakfast was pretty good as well. Different waffles and omelets each day made my kids happy. Plenty of choices and the dining area just looked modern and very comfortable to relax in. The pool area was clean and they didn’t run out...

'No real breakfast, property was not clean or well maintained. Hair in the bathroom, food under night stand, crayon drawing on the walls, bathroom door was water damage and in disrepair. Won’t stay again '

'The room smell, they don’t look like the picture shows. Waited two day for a remote that never showed up. Not jacuzzi tub like it shows for the Sweet. The main lobby was a little room not a large lobby like shown in the pictures. '

'The only good thing about the hotel, was the room was clean. HOWEVER, they had no hair dryers. They were renovating so the elevator and halls were dusty and dirty. And no one spoke clear English. Very disappointing. '

'The rooms were clean and fresh. You can tell the place is new. Breakfast was good. Food looked appetizing and tasted great! I was disappointed that they said there were biscuits but I either missed them because I was late or they didn't have them that morning. The staff was super friendly and inviting. We walked in to a smiling front desk staff which felt welcoming. I highly recommend Home2 Suites By Hilton!'
