The accommodations are nestled in a verdant setting, just 5 minutes from the center of Lodève. This 120 m² house sits on a 4,000 m² plot, guaranteeing space and tranquility! Enjoy two terraces to follow the sun's path: one shaded by a large oak tree, the other on stilts, sunny in the morning and shaded in the evening. Parking is readily available. This newly renovated property is our primary residence year-round, and we rent it out during holiday periods. We will ensure the accommodations are neutral to welcome you; however, our cat, Ghoka, will be present. She will need cat food, and if you'd like, she enjoys company and cuddles. In addition to its exceptional exterior, the interior of the house is warm and inviting, offering various spaces to suit everyone's needs and pace. Ideal for 4 to 6 adults and 1 bedroom for one or two children if you add a mattress on the floor. A 15-minute drive away, Lake Salagou awaits: pedal boats, canoes, walks around the lake, and tranquil beaches. Numerous nature outings are also possible: the Cirque de Labeil, the Escandorgue Forest, Lake Rives, or the spectacular Cirque de Navacelles on the Caylar plateau, offering magnificent views and cool shade under majestic beech trees. The town of Lodève also hosts the famous "Résurgence" festival, with many free shows at the end of July for adults and children, as well as the renowned Lodève Museum. For children: the Theil Educational Farm is exceptional. Water features like the outdoor swimming pool in Lodève or the water park in Lunas will also be a hit. Finally, don't miss the Buddhist temple near the charming village of Roqueredonde. Additional photos available upon request.
