Executive Home, een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan, 10 Min naar St. John's

Mooi executive huis met een prachtig uitzicht op elk raam. Twaalf kilometer van de luchthaven en op slechts 10 minuten van St. John's.

Deze luxe woning ligt aan de rand van de oceaan, gooide op een heuveltop in een grote privé weide. Omgeven door 7 hectare en een panoramisch uitzicht op de oceaan. Gelegen in het hart van de mooie rit de 'Killick Kust' kunt u kijken naar de walvissen en ijsbergen voorbij alleen onderbroken door een gestage stroom van trekkende zeevogels. Op loopafstand van het Midden Cove strand, waar de 'caplin' Roll eerst elk jaar met de walvissen op sleeptouw. Ook een gemeenschappelijke bestemming voor 's nachts strand kampvuren. De wandelpaden van de 'East Coast Trail' en schilderachtige fietsroutes zijn aan je deur. Als goed, rijden routes landschappelijke en alles wat te bieden St John's heeft zijn slechts een korte afstand.

Middle Cove beach House

Multigenerational family of 8 adults. Stunning location on ocean's edge. Seamless check in and checkout process. Spotless and quiet. Would return to this property in a heartbeat. Due to time constraints could not avail of all perks such as sauna or fire pit but hope to do so on a return trip in the future.

A wonderful staycation!

Our three adult daughters, significant others , two granddaughters, and ourselves attended a family wedding in St. John’s. Our daughters had all travelled from western Canada and it was a real reunion for us! With such a large number and lots of differences among us, I was a bit anxious about enough space! The property proved to be perfect, and when my daughter’s in-laws decided to join for babysitting, the loft became their retreat! The house was fully equipped with everything needed, we bbqed a couple of times and prepared our breakfast every morning. There was ample space , both inside and outside, for everyone to find a quiet place when needed! We enjoyed the fire pit as well. The weather cooperated and we visited Middle Cove beach a couple of times. The distance to St. John’s was very manageable. The host was very responsive and provided everything we needed! Thank you! All in all, it became a wonderful staycation for my husband and I , and this property made it possible!!

Beautiful and accessible too! Everything you could want and only 15 min from tons of attractions

Book it- you won’t regret it. I looked long and hard to find a rental that would meet the accessibility needs of my aunt who needed a bedroom and attached bathroom on the main floor- along with four other adults. This fit our needs really well (one small step into the house and then everything else on the main floor). Even the beach down the road had a section that was wheelchair and walker accessible. We loved it and would absolutely come back! Thank you to the Duffy’s for sharing your heavenly home.

This truly is an amazing home….comfortable, clean, very homely. Lots of space, we were 7 but certainly not crowded. Beautifully furnished throughout. The views were amazing. OMG! This was the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed at. The house, the property and the views are all stunning! Wonderful house atop a tall ocean cliff

This rental home is perfect. The house is both spacious and cozy, extremely clean, and well appointed with comfortable beds, a great kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, and even a sauna. The view is spectacular. The location is convenient for walks along ocean headlands and evenings at St John’s pubs. My family had to drag me away.

Comfortable Home in Great Setting

Clean and comfortable modern home. Beautiful setting by the ocean but fyi, the area can be quite windy. The Property Manager was easy to communicate with and was very responsive when we had a few issues. There were problems with the internet and the functioning of the indoor gas fireplace when we arrived. So my only suggestion is that the functioning of everything in the home be checked before each booking. We stayed for 10 days and everything was resolved promptly and professionally in the first couple of days. This is a very nice well kept home in a beautiful unique setting. If you have a rental car, it is really not far from the city if St. John’s and lots of conveniences. We would definitely stay here. again.
