'Mooi hotel, oude stijl, netjes, schoon, helaas veel te warm in maand augustus, geen airco of ventilator. Dichtbij Bilbao, handige uitvalsbasis, dichtbij vliegveld dus vanaf 07.00u tot 23.30u regelmatig opstijgende of dalende vliegtuigen, behoorlijk veel lawaai. Ontbijt is prima, alleen niet te laat gaan, vanaf 10u is brood op.'

'Room was clean and well appointed. Staff were very helpful. We booked mainly for its location close to the ferry port. Secure parking was a must for a fully loaded car after a long stay in Spain. The food in the restaurant was basic but very good. Maria who served us was by herself, but did a great job in dealing with a busy restaurant. I would recommend this hotel for the reason we chose it.'
