'From booking on line to checking out at the end of our stay, everything was excellent, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the food was more than adequate, minor observation, the options on the set menus were a little limited, very tasty and fresh but a few more options wouldn’t go amiss. The room was comfortable and spacious, just what you need after a long drive. 'Fabulous place in a great location, very quiet and safe area and plenty of car parking available overnight with restricted parking during the day. Accommodation was excellent and I will definitely use it again, kitchen was well stocked and the bed very comfy and overall the place was very well done out and clean. Communication with the host was very good additionally.'

'Although the suite itself was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable, unfortunately our stay was overshadowed by several issues. The lights in the room didn’t work properly, which was frustrating from the start. The door to the suite constantly rattled whenever the downstairs door opened and shut, and because of the lack of soundproofing you could hear every conversation from below. 'Great pre-arrival service with emails sharing possible local sites and places to eat. Then, such a warm welcome on arrival. Great room and we had wonderful views down into Perth. Perth was within easy walking distance. The lounge with the wood burning fire in the evening was cozy and a great environment to enjoy a wee dram. Great breakfast.'

'Clean rooms, staff were helpful, though the coffee in the machine a bit watery they had croissants n fruits as complimentary breakfast. All in all a very good stay for the price! '
