'Prima. '

'Très bel hôtel de caractère, le lieu et les extérieurs sont magnifiques .. le hall d'entrée et les couloirs sont ce qu'on attendait.. les chambres demanderaient un petit rafraîchissement même si les lits sont très confortables.. dommage que le nettoyage n'ai pas été fait dans notre chambre durant les 5 jours de nôtre séjour ni les essuies changés.. c'est une base dans les hôtels en général non?..'

'clean room breakfast'

'No ac No gym.'

'It was a comfortable home. It has nice features and everything your need to be comfortable. The owners / hosts are very responsive and helpful. We had a nice stay.'

'I did try to text directly, but received no acknowledgement, so posting this here. This is an Inn ( rooms above the pub). I did not receive any communication regarding the check in , until i got there and couldn't get in. The bar lady had to ring them to send it to me- so really bad communication. There was several issues with the room. The major one is that the shower drain was completely blocked. I would allow for around 1 min.shower before flooding the floor. Black mould has been there for a...

'A very stylish restaurant with rooms with a nice little bar to boot. We enjoyed our one night stay in one of the smaller rooms. The bed was fabulous. Quality linen and such a comfortable mattress. In fact everything was top quality and the room had all you could need, including a nip of whiskey each if you like it. We also appreciated the free water and the pay for mini bar but would have liked some sugar free drinks. Your traditional biscuits on the tea tray might also have been nice. My...

'Very poor in cleaness and amnesties'

'Prima kamers, goede service. Ontbijt had wat uitgebreider gemogen'

'Ligging is niet top. Op een parking van een Shopping center. Maar kamer proper. Eten zowel savonds als ontbijt was in orde. Super vriendelijk. '

'Nice hotel in the form of a little palace. Lovely direct view to the coast. For the personnel nothing was too much. Nice hotel when you come as a couple. '

'Very good '

'Burntisland House is rather old, but well maintained. Room was clean and had a lot of space. Railway station is just a 5 minutes walk, with a direct train to Edinburgh. '

'Dirty hotel. In need of upkeep. Carpets dirty. Very little in the way of amenities. Very basic breakfast.'

'Really friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. Good atmosphere. Large old building, our room was recently updated and was modernised nicely and spotlessly clean. It was very big but still warm with very large comfy bed and powerful shower. TV & Kettle in the room with normal sachets of tea/coffee etc Good breakfast offering kept warm and you could ask for GF bread, cereal and freshly made scrambled eggs. Nice coffee too. I liked the fact there seemed to be little waste as the offering wasn’t too...

'Als je niets anders hebt dan kun je er overleven. Prijs is laag maar de kwaliteit is dat ook. Onvriendelijk personeel (wel duidelijk) zeer gedateerde faciliteiten en ALLE kamers hebben gedeelde badkamers. Op Expedia.nl is dat niet te lezen, op .com staat het beter.'
