The kitchen and reception room sits nearly square, a proportional ease that longer, narrower layouts don't often manage. The bedroom runs the full width of the flat behind, calm and quietly well-lit. The independent restaurants along Fulham Road are on the doorstep; the King's Road a few minutes north.

Parsons Green Underground Station is approximately 600 metres away, around a seven-to-eight-minute walk. Pets are not permitted, except for registered assistance dogs.
Guests are responsible for following the rubbish disposal instructions provided for the property.

The property can only accommodate the number of guests confirmed on the booking. Any additional guests not included in the reservation may be refused access or subject to an additional charge.

Before arrival, each guest will be required to complete a pre-check-in form and provide a valid form of government-issued identification. Non-UK residents must provide a passport, while UK nationals may provide either a passport or UK driving licence.

This property is located in a residential area. Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum, and hen parties, stag parties and similar gatherings are not permitted.

Reservations made within 24 hours of arrival may be subject to a revised check-in time of 7:00 pm rather than the standard 4:00 pm. Check-in for last-minute reservations is also subject to availability.

With Sejour, the standard option is self-check-in.

We also offer an assisted in-person check-in. A member of the team will meet you at the property, and provide a brief tour. This service is charged at £40 between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm, or £60 from 7:00 pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they found it. Please take particular care with artwork, books and other valuable items within the home.
