An airy living room and a private outdoor terrace give you space to unwind after exploring the capital or a busy working day. Spend your mornings discovering neighbourhood cafés or strolling through nearby South Park, then return for a relaxed meal and an evening at home.

With two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms available for shower use, the maisonette offers a comfortable balance of shared space and privacy for up to four adults.

- Living Room: A charming living room is the heart of the home—a welcoming place to gather over morning coffee, share stories from the day or enjoy a quiet evening together. Its sense of space makes it easy to settle in and unwind after the energy of London’s streets.

- Dining Areas: Two dining areas give you a choice of where to gather. Enjoy breakfast or coffee in the kitchen before heading out, then settle into the living room’s dining area for a relaxed dinner and conversation about the day’s London adventures.

- Kitchen: Having your own kitchen brings a relaxed rhythm to your stay. Prepare breakfast before heading out, bring home ingredients for dinner or enjoy a leisurely meal indoors when you feel like staying local. It offers the freedom to fit meals around your plans.

- Bedroom 1: Unwind in your own peaceful retreat, complete with a super king bed for a restful night’s sleep. If you prefer, the bed can be prepared as two singles—just let us know your preferred setup in advance. It’s a comfortable space to recharge after exploring London or ease into a leisurely morning.

- Bedroom 2: The second bedroom makes sharing the maisonette comfortable for two couples or adult friends, with a separate space to retreat to when the day is done. Together, the bedrooms offer privacy while keeping your group under one roof.

- Bathroom 1: Freshen up with a shower before heading out to explore London, or rinse off after a busy day in the city. This bathroom adds everyday convenience to your stay.

- Bathroom 2: A second bathroom gives your group extra flexibility, making it easier to get ready for sightseeing, business meetings or an evening out.

Please note: Both bathrooms are for shower use only. Do not fill either bathtub, as this can cause leaks and flooding in the property below. Thank you for helping us care for the home and our neighbours.

- Multilevel Layout: Arranged across more than one floor, the maisonette has internal stairs connecting its levels. Kindly note that guests should be comfortable using stairs throughout their stay.

The maisonette will be professionally cleaned and carefully prepared before every stay, with fresh linens and towels ready for a comfortable arrival.

You will have full access to the maisonette, so please treat it with the same care and respect as you would your own.

- South Park — approximately 5 minutes’ walk: Just one street away, this spacious neighbourhood park is ideal for a morning stroll, a gentle jog or a quiet break outdoors. Tennis courts and sports facilities add options for a more active afternoon; book ahead if you would like to play.
- Eel Brook Common — approximately 8 minutes’ walk: An open green space with tree-lined edges, perfect for a picnic or a relaxed walk. Pick up coffee nearby and enjoy a slower start before heading into central London.

Check-in & Check-out:

- Confirm arrival time at least 24 hours in advance to ensure a smooth check-in
- Late check-out (available if requested in advance): is £30 per hour (latest possible checkout time is 1 PM)
- Unauthorised late check-out: £50 per hour

House Rules:

- Smoking is strictly prohibited – penalty £500.
- Parties are not allowed – any signs of gatherings may result in a £500 fine.
- Moving or rearranging furniture is not permitted – penalty £100.
- Children and infants are not permitted for safety reasons, including the fall risk from the first-floor outdoor terrace.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Both bathrooms must be used for showers only. Do not fill either bathtub or use it for a bath, as this has previously caused leaks and flooding in the property below.
- For your security, please keep the kitchen window closed and securely fastened at night and whenever the property is empty. It opens onto a flat roof that could be accessed from outside.
- Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evenings, to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours. Noise should be kept to a minimum at all times.
