The Space:

THE SPACE: A top-floor apartment on the fourth floor of a handsome period building, reached by lift — 68.1 sqm / 733 sqft of warm oak floors, high ceilings and ornate cornicing, with characterful sloped ceilings and dormer windows framing rooftop views across SW7.



LIVING AREA: Open-plan living and dining set on warm oak boards, with a comfortable sofa, an accent armchair, a Smart TV and a large wall mirror. Dormer windows draw in light and frame rooftop views across the neighbourhood. The sofa here converts to a double bed, sleeping two more.



BEDROOM 1: A king bedroom with an upholstered headboard, built-in wardrobe and bedside lighting, with its own en-suite.



BEDROOM 2: A double bedroom with fitted storage and a desk workspace. Rooftop views through the dormer window.



EN-SUITE & BATHROOMS: Two bathrooms serve the apartment, each with a walk-in glass shower, WC and basin. (Bath vs shower and en-suite vs off-hall to confirm.)



KITCHEN: A fitted kitchen in white cabinetry with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and kettle — everything for a self-sufficient stay of any length. (Hob/oven to confirm before adding.)

Guest Access:

Access to the apartment is via a digital code for the building and keys stored in a lockbox next to the apartment door. All codes, for both the building and lockbox, along with any other relevant check-in instructions, are sent 24 hours prior to your arrival.



The Neighborhood:

South Kensington is one of London's most elegant addresses — cultural, leafy and beautifully connected.



The Natural History Museum, V&A and Science Museum are all a short walk away, along with the Royal Albert Hall and the green expanse of Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Some of the area's best dining sits close by around Bute Street, Gloucester Road and Old Brompton Road, with everything from neighbourhood cafés to long-standing bistros.



Harrods and the boutiques of Knightsbridge are a few minutes away, and the King's Road in Chelsea is within easy reach. A refined, residential base with the whole of central London on the doorstep.



Getting Around:

Underground — South Kensington (1 min walk) for the District, Circle and Piccadilly lines. Gloucester Road (10 min walk) adds a second Piccadilly/District/Circle entrance



Airport — direct Piccadilly line to Heathrow, no changes



National rail — Victoria and Paddington both a short ride for national and Gatwick/Heathrow Express services



Buses & taxis — frequent routes along Cromwell Road and Gloucester Road; black cabs and Uber/Bolt always available



Cycling — Santander Cycles docking stations nearby



On foot — the museums, Hyde Park, Knightsbridge and Chelsea all walkable from the front door



Other Things to Note:

On booking, guests will be asked to choose one of the following:

Option A — Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee of 35GBP, which covers you for up to 350GBP in accidental damages during your stay.

Option B — Security Deposit: A hold of 350GBP placed on your card at check-in. This is fully released within 2 days of check-out, provided no damage is reported.
