This private studio is tucked away on a peaceful residential street, offering a serene escape. The home is south-facing, while the patio faces west—perfect for catching the sunset.

Located in a terraced house on the ground floor, you have easy access to your own private patio for outdoor relaxation and the flat . There is a shared halway to access the flat after which the home is private.

Inside, you`ll find a brand-new UK Double-size bed with a premium mattress, plus a UK small double pull-out sofa bed (120cm wide) for extra sleeping space.

Take a refreshing shower with excellent water pressure and enjoy the comfort of a quiet bathroom fan. The studio also features central heating with a thermostat, and the radiators have adjustable valves so you can set the temperature to your liking. We kindly ask that you return the settings to their original position before you leave.

The studio features a retro-inspired kitchenette with a mini fridge-freezer, compact oven with 2 hobs, microwave, and a washer/dryer for added convenience. The kitchen tap water is filtered and is drinking water.

Relax and unwind with the new Smart TV, which comes with streaming apps like Netflix, ready for you to log in and enjoy.

This private studio is located on the ground floor of a terraced house, offering guests a peaceful and cozy retreat. You’ll have access to a quiet courtyard, perfect for relaxation.

The studio is directly accessible after entering through the main street entrance. Please note there is one step at the entrance and another step leading into the studio.

For easy check-in and check-out, there is a lockbox on the premises.

The standard room rate covers up to 2 guests, and any additional guests will be charged a nightly rate. The studio is ideal for 3 guests, but if you`d like to accommodate more, please reach out to us.

For groups of more than 2 guests, the sofa bed will need to be set up. Please request this when you book, as there is a one-time fee of GBP 53 for setup and linens.

If your group consists of 2 guests but you`d like the sofa bed prepared, simply request it, and the one-time fee of GBP 53 will apply.

We welcome one service animal and kindly ask that you let us know when making your reservation. An additional pet fee applies, as we use a professional cleaning service after each furry friend visit.

There is a £53 setup fee for the sofa bed, which covers linen, laundry, and the setup process. Please note that linen is not kept on-site, so requests for the sofa bed should be made well in advance. If a request is made after check-in and requires a second housekeeping visit, there will be an additional charge of £95.

We also offer a travel cot and high chair, subject to availability. Be sure to book these in advance to secure them for your stay.

If you`re bringing a pet, please make sure to include them in your reservation, as there is a pet fee. We allow one pet per stay, but feel free to contact us if you`d like to discuss further details.

Parking:
There is plenty of on-street parking available. Paid parking is in effect from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Parking is free after 5 pm and on weekends. You can pay for parking via the Ringo App.

We kindly ask that you remove your shoes in the entrance corridor. We’re big fans of keeping things clean!

Hosting parties is not allowed, and any damage to the property must be compensated.

Smoking or e-smoking is only permitted in the outdoor garden/patio area. A fumigation fee of £500 will be charged if any smoke smell is detected inside the property.

Our listing price is for 2 guests. An additional charge of £30 per night applies for each extra guest. Please specify the total number of guests when making your booking request. If additional guests are joining partway through your stay, let us know so we can adjust the price accordingly.

If your group is larger than 2 guests, you`ll need the sofa bed. Be sure to request it at the time of booking, as there’s an additional £53 setup charge.

A £150 charge will apply if any pets are found on the premises, whether visiting or staying.

Please follow the bin instructions outlined in the house manual. Food delivery or shopping bags should not be used to dispose of rubbish—please use the provided bin bags and seal them properly before discarding waste.

Use the grey face towels for makeup removal (please reserve the white towels for other purposes). White bathroom towels should only be used for personal hygiene. Kitchen towels and paper towels are available for other tasks. If you notice any stained towels or bedding, please report them.

Please do not flush face wipes, sanitary items, or any other unnatural products down the toilet. Use the bathroom bin provided instead.

We ask that you leave the home as you found it. If anything gets damaged, please let us know. We wish you a wonderful stay!
