'Basic things that were neglected or done poorly 1) no pre check in email was received resulting in us being stuck outside the property as we were not informed of the access code to gain entry into the property. Imagine being caught in a situation when you had 4 cars backed up behind you and you couldn’t get in - enough said 2) no air conditioning in the rooms and the windows can’t be open. 'Everything was great. A very warm welcome. A beautifull little house with everything in it you need. A very good bed, kitchen fully equiped. Beautifull terrace. A little bottle of port complimentary. The only thing missing is a little restaurant in the neighbourhood. Take your food with you and stay here. On your way to derwent bridge visit the wall. '
