Coastal Home on Edge of Town with Fire-pit & Private Beach Path. Dog Friendly!

  • Our spacious and comfortable Long Beach home sits on on 1/2 acre with private path to 27 miles of sandy Washington beach. West side of highway location for convenient walk to the beach. Furry family is welcome.

    This one level home sleeps up to 6 guests and offers plenty of space to relax with two bedrooms, one and a half baths, two large living rooms with smart TV, WIFI, bluetooth sound system with turntable, recreation room with foosball, electric dartboard, patio, grill, fire pit, hammock, and huge yard. Short 5 minute drive to town.

    Our home is located in one of "America's Favorite Beach Towns" by ForbesTraveler.com and voted "Best Beach" by Seattle's King-5 TV. Located in Southwest Washington, Long Beach is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers with a new national park, two historic lighthouses, renowned restaurants, antique shops, cranberry bogs, oyster farms and the Ilwaco marina which welcomes avid anglers during salmon and halibut season. Countless outdoor activities for active families which include hiking, biking along the only dune bike trail on the west coast, bird watching, fishing, clam digging, and golf.

    We are a 3.5 hours from Seattle and just over 2 hours from Portland. Wonderful coast vacation add on to either trip.

    Rental Agreement by Booking:
    This Agreement grants the Guest a temporary license to occupy the property for vacation lodging purposes only.
    This Agreement does not create a landlord-tenant relationship and is not a lease under the Washington Residential Landlord-Tenant Act.
    Guest acknowledges that their stay is transient lodging of less than 30 days and that the Owner retains full possession and control of the property. This is a transient occupancy agreement, not a residential lease.

    Guest agrees to vacate the property no later than booked check-out date and time. Any occupancy beyond this time without written permission from the Owner constitutes trespassing. Owner may immediately remove Guest and their belongings as allowed under Washington law.

    Guest acknowledges that this reservation is for short-term vacation lodging and expressly waives any claim to tenant rights or possession under Washington landlord-tenant laws.
    • Guest must vacate on the checkout date.
    • No mail delivery or change of address allowed.
    • Owner may terminate immediately for holdover.
    • Daily holdover fee is $1,500/night.

I stay in rentals regularly for work and this was an absolutely great rental. The home is much bigger than expected and we really enjoyed the fenced off area for our pets and relaxing around the solo stove. I will look for this home again if visiting the areas and recommend it to others.

Nice quiet location that is an easy 7 minute walk to the beach…house is well equipped with necessary kitchen ware and game room provides fun activities. Lots of seating areas for different groups…great place!

Wonderful place to bring a small family and a beach loving dog. Excellent dog-friendly hosts. I’d come back often if it wasn’t a 1,600 mile drive.

We had a wonderful time; there was so many options provided by the host for entertainment with our two adult Grandsons - we especially enjoyed the dart board and the foos ball. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun stay.

Our stay was great! The house is in a nice quiet area. The beach is just an easy 7 minute walk. There is plenty of room in the house with the multiple living rooms. The game room was also a nice touch. Our only regret is that we didn't bring more people to enjoy it with us. We are hoping to come back and stay again!

This beach house was perfect for our family vacation. Comfortably slept four adults and a child, along with two dogs. The kitchen amenities made cooking a breeze, including a top of the line barbecue on the fenced patio! Extremely comfortable beds, couches, and dining room set made relaxing super easy, and the the large living room windows were great for deer watching each morning and evening. The thoughtfulness of the hosts to provide pet amenities like dog beds and dog booties to protect from sticker plants on the beach path was much appreciated! Located on a quiet street, it was a great location for morning walks and our son was able to safely use his scooter on the paved driveway/road!

This trip was to celebrate my husband turning 50. I asked him to pick anywhere to go for his birthday and he said he wanted to see what the PNW was all about. I found this property and it checked all my boxes. Close to the ocean, private, fire pit, hammock, and beautiful scenery. We felt right at home in this home, and we had such a relaxing visit. Ellen was incredibly hospitable and she was prompt with her communications. She made everything so easy and I was grateful. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We didn't even get a chance to enjoy the game room, but it was a great use of space. We watched deer come through around sunset and I got plenty of bird watching in! I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a cozy getaway!
