'Aurora on George was brilliant. Lots of little bits in the kitchen (coffee press, washing up liquid) that just make things easy. They even had an umbrella to borrow.

would highly suggest some improvements on amenities or payable snacks. when i checked in-there was no cookies, but on second night , cookies were added in the bar and they wrongly counted me having taken 2...
its not a nice feeling when you are sure not having taking anything from the bar that the reception keeps asking..
anyway this hotel was amazing again, it would be a pity for some details damaging the wonderful image of it'

The breakfast itself is good, but the breakfast location (the stable) is cold, (coincidentally?) the heating is partly defective, especially when the stable doors open on both sides because guests also enter from another part to have breakfast in the stable. The showers are extremely old-fashioned and below any current standard of comfort. No decent space to hang your clothes and get dressed, which is desirable because the shower cabin is located in the public corridor with the other rooms. In addition, the shower cabin has to be shared by several hotel guests, just like the toilets: 4 for 6 rooms. Each one is too small and too limited to properly make a toilet there. Moreover, there was a cockroach walking around. The staff does their best but is partly inexperienced. In short, staying in the rooms and the stable is not worth the money and certainly does not offer the experience that the castle hotel pretends. Not recommended!
