Welcome to Blue Heron House by RVA. This three-bedroom plus office, two-bathroom house is located on the Northern end of Longboat Key in the desirable Emerald Harbor community. This residential neighborhood comes complete with community beach access (2 blocks away + across Gulf of Mexico Drive) and serene canal views. The Blue Heron House is a unique layout with plenty of space for your travel needs. The open living room, dining and kitchen areas will remind you of home. On the right side of the home is a large, comfortable master bedroom complete with master bathroom, walk-in closet and -- towards the front of the house -- a private office. Enter the office thru an alcove off the master bedroom for the perfect zoom backdrop or reading retreat. The other side of the home holds a family room, two guest bedrooms and another bathroom for your traveling guests or family members. You can't help but notice the brand new floors as you walk through the house as they are absolutely beautiful and were recently installed in 2024. This home includes private pool and a large outdoor dining area. Two kayaks are provided in the pool deck area for guest use -- and we encourage you to explore our native waters (at their own risk). To the back of the house is a dock area that can be used for fishing and viewing. For guests safety the boat dock and boat are NOT available for use; however you are welcome to use this area with the kayaks. The home also includes WIFI Internet access, so pack your bags and discover your next getaway in paradise.



Maximum of 2 pets allowed and must weigh under 35 lbs each. There will be a non-refundable pet deposit per pet of $25 per day up to $600 max per pet
