Gorgeous property inside and outside. The outside space feels like a garden oasis, with butterflies flying around daily, abundant flowers, and complete privacy for the heated (or cooled!) pool. Enjoy meals on the well appointed, large lanai space. Come inside and cook in the fully renovated kitchen with a Viking stove and top of the line appliances. Fully renovated bedrooms and bathrooms with a brand new kingsize bed and mattress in the Primary. Walk to pristine Whitney Beach in less than five minutes, or one of the many docks to lounge or fish. Many restaurants, cafes, shops are within five minutes walk such as Marvista, Shore, Whitney's, Sips, Longbeach Cafe and many more. For convenience and to accommodate larger families, bunk beds were added to the Kid's bedroom (three beds in total). The kitchen is stocked with all the tools needed to entertain and/or feed a family. The owner uses the property a portion of the year and lives locally, and loves to be in touch / help guests in any way possible.
