Net als de oorspronkelijke toeristen van Longboat Key genieten bewoners en bezoekers van de stranden en het weer - maar de eilandbewoners van vandaag koesteren ook de vele recreatieve en culturele voorzieningen zoals golf, winkelen, musea, een breed scala aan eetgelegenheden en een groot aantal watersportactiviteiten in de buurt.
Sand Cay Beach Resort heeft een ontspannen, luxe uitstraling en bevindt zich in een extreem veilige omgeving. Zeer geschikt voor vakantiegangers die op zoek zijn naar rust en stilte, en gezinnen die een actieve bestemming zoeken. Je bevindt je op slechts een steenworp afstand van het witte zandstrand en vlak naast het Zota Hotel, waar informele stranddiners en drankjes worden geserveerd.

Helder en zonnig appartement met twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers in een klein resort aan het strand. Zolderverdieping met lift. Kathedraal plafonds en keramische vloeren (behalve gast slaapkamer komende). Open ontworpen gerenoveerde keuken. Nieuwe betegelde inloopdouche in master-badkamer met dubbele douchekoppen. Prachtig uitzicht op het zwembad vanaf het balkon en gedeeltelijk uitzicht op de Golf van Mexico.

Great place!

We loved staying at #307! The amenities were just what we needed, the place was clean and well layed out. The access to the beach was great and the beach itself was clean with lots of great little shells. Beach chairs provided were very helpful and the umbrella and beach toys in the condo were also helpful. We loved the quiet atmosphere, we were close enough to quickly drive to food and entertainment, but far enough away from the busiest areas to make our stay relaxing. Would highly recommend!

We’ve stayed at 10 or so places on the beach along this stretch, and this listing delivered all it promised. Comfortable space and accommodations. I’m leery when people say “walking distance” to the pool and beach, but they were on the mark. Thanks and see you again!!

The location of the property was great. Disappointed that we shared our patio with our neighbors. They had small children and we weren't able to use it much.The rug needed to be cleaned well as the living room furniture and the patio furniture needs updating. The beach is terrific!!!

The proximity to the beach was awesome with this property however it was posted as sleeping six in this condo there’s no way you could sleep six the bedroom with the two twin beds in it was very small and for two adult women in a room like that it was pretty crowded. It would’ve been nice to have a a few more towels and tissues and toiletries.

Nice getaway

We stayed here for Thanksgiving week. The condo looked exactly as advertised and had all the amenities needed for a short stay- including linens, towels and soap in the bathroom and beach towels for the beach/pool. We found the shower in the master bath very tricky to figure out and use, but it was nice once we got it going. Easy walk to the pool and beach and other amenities around like shuffleboard and tennis/pickleball. Laundry is by the front office. The place is not especially close to good restaurants so we did grocery shop and make most of our meals at home. Highly recommend Crab and Fin one night for dinner in St. Armand's circle.

When we opened unit up, it smelled musty!

I especially loved the patio to soak up the sun and look at the beautiful ocean (partial view). When we arrived there was a terrible smell coming from the unit, we aired out the unit and it was much better. I would recommend a good Febreeze on the blue chair in the LR. There is a laundry room there free of charge, but the day we used it was a busy day. It's a laid back resort, not a lot to do there but enjoy the weather, pool and beach but being from the Midwest that was perfect for us. They do have pickle ball courts and shuffleboard also. I would recommend better paper towels, the ones we received were very cheap. Glad there was a Publix near by we could drive to. I would recommend this resort and I would happily come back.

The location was about a half mile from Anna Maria night life. you need a car to get around. the supermarket was close by as well. the Beach was great, they provide chairs and umbrellas for guests at no charge. The sunsets were beautiful. The kids had a great time.
