'I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The service was terrible, and the staff was rude and unprofessional. Upon entering my room, I found feces on the toilet seat, which was absolutely unacceptable and unsanitary. The room was not properly cleaned, and the overall condition of the hotel was disgusting. 'If you have kids below 18 not ideal as the gym and pool have age limitation. Nothing to do on walking distance.. The hotel itself and rooms are great ... also the dinner options are great. '
