While there we had the privilege to watch a group of fraternity and sorority members build their homecoming float on the home’s property and visit with the group of students. The only minor downside was that there could be a few more dishes and that is just minor.'

'This property was perfect for my family’s celebration of our Baylor graduate. Situated close to Waco, we had easy access to the Baylor campus, shopping and restaurants. The owner was excellent with communication and really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The property itself is quite spacious with tons of space inside and out to enjoy. The lake on the property and is ready for fishing or rafting fun. I highly recommend this property for families with kids of all ages...
