Hello VRBOWe had a wonderful stay, once the address location was corrected. The house accommodated the 12 of us comfortably.It was disappointing to be sent to a different address from what was initially provided. We had 3 carloads of people driving through the neighborhood trying to find the house. After calling the host we were told the original address. Not sure of the circumstances that led to the address change, but it was unfortunate to start the stay wandering through the neighborhood for 15 minutes until the address was corrected. I will say the hosts response was quick and that was much appreciated. The spa was clean and up to temperature. After a wet New Years Day, it was enjoyed by many of the group. The bathrooms were clean with lots of towels (we needed them) and the water heater withstood a barge of showers when we got back from a very wet day at the Rose Bowl. The Kitchen was stocked well to handle our crowd – the appliances worked well and most of them were running at the same time without a problem. We did not receive the Wi-Fi password, so I had to call the host – The host responded very timely and provided the password. I really appreciated the quick response. Since it rained all day, we had piles of wet clothes to wash and dry. The dryer seemed to be working at half efficiency – the clothes came out still damp. We had to run all the loads a second time.
