4 bedroom, 3 bath Modern Home with Hot Tub

Single level home with large open concept kitchen, living, and dining room. Accommodations include 2 master suites with private baths plus 2 additional bedrooms with a shared bath. Exterior has 70 foot long driveway providing generous parking. Private backyard has 7 person luxury hot tub, natural gas grill, and and patio seating for 8.

Home is a short walk to shopping, dining, and buses on Anaheim Blvd. Downtown Long Beach and the ocean are just minutes drive away.

Sorry we do not allow pets, indoor smoking, or parties.

All bedrooms have smart TV's with all the apps, modern leather furniture, and pillow top mattresses. Oversized Master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub. Living room has a big screen smart TV, Bluetooth stereo surround sound, and LED fireplace insert. Kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances and a large selection of cooking and serving utensils. All rooms have hardwood floors or tile. Backyard is gated and walled for privacy.

This is a single family home and there are no other occupants on the property. It is on a dead end street with minimal traffic.

Home is solar powered for an environmentally friendly vacation.

Guest access
Driveway is 70+ feet long and can accommodate up to 4 average length cars. Street parking is usually available as well.

Front door has a digital keypad lock to allow check in upon arrival.

Garage in the back is used for storage and not available for guest access.
Other things to note
There are exterior security cameras. There are no cameras inside the home or viewing the patio seating and bbq area.

The piano is locked and for decor only.

Amazing house

We came here on a summer trip with friends. The location was amazing. One of the days we went to Universal and it was just close enough to the beaches but far enough away from all the craziness the house was perfect size and the hot tub was a perfect bonus!

We had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place while in Long Beach for my daughter‘s graduation. The home was clean comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We happened to meet the cleaning lady when we arrived. She was so kind and accommodating, which made us feel immediately welcome. Robert was a great host and the location was perfect. Modern house with comfy beds and plenty of bathrooms. Hosts were easy to communicate with and accommodating ! Cute restaurants and tiki bar to walk to. Driveway for easy parking. Would stay here again.

Long Beach Stauy

The property and amenities were exactly as portrayed on the website. Roberto was an excellent host, check-in and check-out were easy and quick. We were in town for events in Anaheim and DTLA. The location was a perfect and central location for our events and wonderful restaurants. A bonus was that some amazing restaurants in Long Beach are just 10 minutes away from the house.

Nicely remodeled home! Older neighborhood but quiet. We had 7 adults and the 4 bedrooms worked great. The only complaints are no washcloths, some pillows weren't adequeate. No Spectrum Tv for viewing network sports and news.

Could have been better

The location was good and the property had plenty of space for our needs. We were not advised until the day before check-in that there would be no washcloths and a limited supply of paper goods. There were limited towels and the ones provided were small. There were no extra blankets. There was no coffee, but the filters were provided. The beds and couch are older but comfortable enough. Overall it was fine, but very no frills and unfortunately those frills really matter when you are flying crosscountry and arriving in the middle of the night. No one wants to have to look for a spare roll of toilet paper at 6 am without coffee.

Lovely & roomy!

Perfect spot for our adult family of 6 to stay for tourist fun and then Celebration of Life gathering at Royal Palms Park. Very roomy, and everything we needed! Big beds, 3 nice full bathrooms, lovely patio to have coffee in and jacuzzi in evening. Well stocked kitchen w dishes, etc. FYI there is a carafe coffee maker. Would rent again!

Spacious house that felt like hotel

We had a great stay! We had six adults in our group - here in Long Beach for my daughter’s wedding and we had plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped, and it was very helpful to have a washer/dryer. We also enjoyed the outdoor seating area very much and the hot tub was a great feature. The bedrooms/bathrooms reminded me of a hotel - very sparse, but comfortable. A few things to know - shampoo/conditioner and body wash or soap for the showers is not included, and neither are washcloths, and we didn’t find this out until the day before and that was too late for us to bring things from home. There aren’t very many bath towels either so we needed to wash the towels mid-stay, and there were only two kitchen towels. Also, the a/c is amazing and keeps you cool, but it is very loud and blasts into each room through large vents in the ceiling. My 79 year old mother couldn’t sleep with the noise so we had to turn the a/c off at night. Fortunately Long Beach cools down at night so we could open the windows. Regarding the hot tub - it is a 2018 model and the digital controlller only worked once in a while. Fortunately there were manual controls to use it, but we were never able to adjust the temperature, which wasn’t a big deal, but I think it is important to know. Communication was great with the owner/manager, and he was kind to let us drop things off early. We had a great stay and I highly recommend!
