Excellent Home

We truly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were great The two homes on one property worked so well with our family. It was great to have smart TV’s for the kids and was happy about the linens, soaps and cleaners that were provided. The kitchen could use so more essentials but overall it was a great home to spend the week in. Thank you for sharing your home with us…..

Great Stay

This house is perfect for large groups. There was plenty of room and we had everything we needed. The pool was great to have an the back yard was enjoyable to spend time in. The neighborhood was nice and there was plenty of parking. The location made it easy to get to other parts of LA. Check in and check out were both very easy. The owner was communicative and clear. Overall we had a great stay!

Great Stay

We had a group of ten and the two homes on the property accommodated us quite well. Everyone had their space and we comfortable with the bed and bathroom accommodations. Do note that the pool is ingested so outside of the summer months it will be too cold to use. We had not planned on using the pool but had not noticed until after the booking that it was unheated. We enjoyed our stay.

Great home for large group. Closest grocery stores are about 8 min drive. Area was very quiet at night, not much lighting in the streets as it is some what of an industrial area. Area was safe. Having access to both houses was great as they are both very spacious. Host was easy to reach and good communicator.

2/10 – Verschrikkelijk

Positief: Inchecken, locatie
Negatief: Netheid, communicatie en accuraatheid advertentie
This house was disgusting and full of spiders. The pool is 100% misrepresented, dirty with only two decomposing plastic chairs. All photos on the site were AI touched up. The bedding was not clean and one of the bathrooms was completely unusable. So far the host has offered to waive the cleaning fee, which is comical considering. We stayed 30 minutes to take pictures then went to a hotel. Working with VRBO on a refund.

Like I was at home

Property was larger than anticipated. Great time spent there with friends after a long day. Had issues the following day checking out that had nothing to do with the property nor the team responsible for overseeing the house, but they had patience and let me resolve it as long as it took. Over all very Great for a large gathering and if you require a responsive person with your household needs. Would go again.

Should not include private pool in listing

The house was fine. It accommodated all of us. What was really disappointing was the very sad state of the pool. It was so dirty that no one could swim in it. It did say on the listing that the pool was not heated, fine, but that would lead me to believe that is it still clean. It was so dirty. The pump did not work and there was clearly no chlorine in it. Very disappointing for me and my kids. That was the sole reason we picked that house.
