La experiencia en general fue promedio. El personal fue amable y el cuarto estuvo en condiciones aceptables. A los cuartos les falta insonorización, ya que puedes escuchar todo lo de los cuartos adjuntos, lo cual puede ser muy molesto si uno tiene sueño ligero. La cama fue cómoda pero las almohadas muy rellenas lo cual tuvimos que quitarlas y dormir sin ellas ya que la cabeza quedaba muy levantada.

Front desk staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. I booked a king suite with a hot tub in the room. Suite was much larger than anticipated. Very clean, new/updated fixtures and furniture, lots of though put into guest experience. I am very pleased.

It’s good for the price but not somewhere I would stay long term! Maybe if you want a quickie stay nothing more than that. It could have been cleaned a lot more especially around & inside the property. They had bed frames and stuff outside the rooms & everything. Rooms definitely need more cleaning & mopping . There was hair everywhere however it’s was nice.

I never stated here again they don't clean the room. The restroom its in a terrible condition the bath tube its old .the blankets really old .i stayed in this hotel for a week they cleaned once. I never stayed here again.

Bed was comfortable, overall clean. Close to shopping center. We stayed on ground floor, walls were paper thin, you could hear EVERYTHING from next door rooms, stomps from the upper floor. Breakfast was basic to get your day started. If you are looking for one or two nights stay, this hotel is just ok.

El personal de recepcion es muy amable, pero no hacen la limpieza diario, estuve 4 noches y solo una vez limpiaron el cuarto, te hacen un cargo de un depósito a tu tarjeta y no te lo regresan al salir, que tarda 5 días en reembolsarse, sigo esperando que me lo regresen.

Hard to find safe and clean hotels that have smoking rooms these days. This place always comes through and I don’t feel like I have to be around crime just to have a smoking room.

Check in was easy, had to pay a 75USD deposit. After check out we won't see it for 3-5 business days according to the front desk. The room was OK but felt very outdated. The room had AC which was good, but there was some moldy spots in the corners of the tub and room felt humid compared to outdoors. Bathroom door was notably old, water pressure for shower and sink was poor. The water also took a few minutes to warm up. We also only got room cleaned on our 3rd night. I dropped a pillow on the ground, asked front desk for another pillow case and they didn't have any. The stay was functional but probably would not book again.

Didn't like that they don't except animals. Little to expensive for the room $93 plus $75 deposit. In San Pedro the Motel 6 is around $60 a night plus they accept pets no extra cost rooms are smaller but very. Modern clean lines style
