'The property was perfect including the location. Walking distance to everywhere we needed to go. Only 2 negatives were lack of useable sunbeds (ones available were old and some broken). Also noisy neighbour’s upstairs constantly dragging furniture around. Having said that it did not spoil our 4 weeks in the apartment. We would have rebooked for the same dates next year but it is not available '

'Myself and 6 friends stayed in this villa for a week in April....I would happily live here full time. It was absolutely spotless, anything you could think of was provided in the kitchen and all appliances and finishes were top notch. The beds / couches were so comfortable, AC in every room and the way three of the rooms opened out onto the pool was great. The outdoor area (pool, hot tub, lounges) were all fabulous. 'We stayed here for four weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. The villa is spacious enough for a long stay and is down a quiet cul de sac. It has a large outside area for sun bathing and dining. It is up a steep hill from the harbour but manageable. Nice restaurants close by are Antonio’s, Bamba and La Chalana. Only issue we had was there were no English channels on the TV we could find. 'This is without doubt the best property we have stayed in over 20 years of visiting Lanzarote. Firstly - it’s an incredible location, 3 minutes from beach and the bars, restaurants and good quality shops. Despite proximity to all of the activities there was no issues whatsoever with noise at nighttime - we had 2 children who slept every night. There is also strong security with 2 locked gates and a safe for your valuables. The property is decorated to a really high standard, really modern but...

'Vlotte en prettige communicatie. Heel meedenkend en prettig verloop. Bedden waren niet allemaal opgemaakt, maar er was voldoende in huis om het te organiseren. Naar de boulevard loop je naar beneden. Terug naar de villa is heuvel op. Verstandig hier rekening mee te houden. Parkeren aan de boulevard is een uitdaging. Fijne plek, heerlijk huis.'

'genial zwischen strand, hafen und promenade gelegen! super durch südlage ganztagssonne auf der terrasse, allerdings zum frühstück im winter durch die niedrige sonne wäre senkrechte markise nützlich, isabel wird sich schlau machen. gute betreueung durch isabel!'
