The room was clearly dated with peeling wallpaper and visually dirty ventilation for a/c. One wall of electric sockets didnt work and wasnt even completely fastened to the wall. The fire/smoke detector was working (lights were on) but wasnt properly mounted. The window frame was bare wood as if quickly repaired without finishing it off to prevent splinters. This was room 1415.

The Garden was not well maintained, with broken glass on the floor, half ass clean rooms, found mess left over from the previous persons stay, terrible service, dirty windows, not recommended not as nearly as clean as I thought! Better hotels around the area.

GIVE THE EMPLOYEES THE WORK CONTRACT THEY WANT. The hotel is in a great location but when we arrived come to find out the employees were on strike and that is fine they need to fight for a decent treatment after dedicating their lives to the company. But the noise they were making woke us up at 7am. CORPORATE IF YOU ARE READING THIS MAKE THE CONTRACT HAPPEN FOR THE EMPLOYEES.

The staff accused me of smoking in the room. I had a scratch off from 7 eleven and left it laying on the table. The manager Monica was very rude when I try to explain to her what it was. I stayed at a lot of hotels before but this double tree I will never stay at again. I feel like I was triggered , Called a liar and was discriminated!!!!

my room was not clean had holes in the wall walls with dirty doors was showing water damage. Outlet wasn’t working on the lamp in the room had a strong convalescing odor. I had to request to change my room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Left the hotel at checkout to a crazy lady who appeared to had been a guest and screaming profanity at staff and security.
This hotel is ran down bad. No hot water after the morning rush. Only lukewarm water in the evenings. Ran sink for 20mins and no hot water to shave.
Everything is worn out. For a Hilton this place is a disgrace. Read the reviews. Is you ain't picky, it won't bother you. Stayed here with family and do not recommend this place if planning a family trip. The Hilton company really needs to make improvements.
The staff is awesome. Too bad the hotel itself is neglected and I'm poor shape. Id attach photos but unsure how. Example was our tub had the enamel peeled off and drain rusted out! Time to replace stuff!

Hotel is located near Little Tokyo and walkable to Downtown and the Arts District. Great location, hotel was nice and clean. Staff were friendly as well.
