Guests will have access to the entire property via smart locks, it is very easy and convenient. Large private driveway for the guests as well as additional free street parking.

Someone will be available at all times during your stay.

Safe, quiet and up and coming neighborhood. The neighborhood is across the street from SpaceX and Tesla and a lot of new development is happening around the area. For families and guests visiting Los Angeles, it is the perfect location to explore everything that the city has to offer.

Best way to explore will be with with a car. However, since the location is central, a quick Uber or Lyft will also work! There is a large driveway that can fit several cars and additional free parking on the street.

House Rules:

Changes need approval. No unregistered guests or we may cancel without refund.

CHECK-IN TIME: 3pm and after. The home has a smartlock and a code will automatically generate. The code will not work until the check in time of 3PM and response with “Agree” has been received.

NO SMOKING: If so, $500 Deep Clean. No smoking/vaping, flammable items. Kindly smoke outside, away from openings and throw away all roaches, cigarette butts, etc, in the trash can.

NO PETS: If so, $500 Deep Clean & we may cancel stay without refund. Trained Service Dog OK. ADVANCE notice required.

QUIET TIME: 10pm - 8am. Enjoy our home! But please no loud noise levels, unruly behavior or illegal activities. If so, stay may be canceled without refund. This is per the LA County Home Sharing Ordinance.

LINENS/BEDS: Kindly refrains from eating in the bedrooms.

KITCHEN: Wash any dishes, pots, pans, etc.

CHECK OUT BY 10AM (late check out needs OK 24hrs ahead.

UNAPPROVED LATE CHECKOUT: $50. If overstay impact next guest: 2X overnight rate. Fee is not an extension.

COURTEOUS GUEST: The cleaning fee is based on you being a “courteous guest”, which means treating the home with respect. Simple things like cleaning up after yourself, no unruly behavior, illegal activities, stealing, destruction of items/property. Thanksgiving with the family

This house was close to shopping and the freeway for easy access. We loved that it had a guest house so two kitchens were nice. It had pull out mattresses for the ground. The kitchen needed more plates cups and utensils but overall the house worked for our needs and the owner was great to communicate so I’m sure they will stock this kitchen better for the future.
