Old smelly hotel. Parking is NOT optional as you cannot park on the streets anywhere! You have to park at the hotel for 55usd a night. This was not mentioned whilst booking or on our confirmation. Whilst booking it mentions that you don’t HAVE TO park on the street insinuating that you can park on the street if you want. Optional extras are parking facilities which are not optional but mandatory

The property was older and looked like it might have been a motel at one time and they enclosed the outdoor walk areas into hall ways. The sink didn't drain and the hot water in the shower wasn't very hot , the globe on the bathroom light was missing and there wasn't a hairdryer. Needs to be updated , in need of TLC. The linens and the beds were nice though.

The hotel is old and in need of updates and repairs. The daily rate for parking is atrocious. The pictures posted is clearly from years ago when the hotel just opened.

Extremely disappointed. Would not have expected such an outdated, dirty hotel from the Sheraton brand. The room was very old and outdated except the bathroom. But the shower head was visibly moldy. The beds were really itchy, the carpet ugly, old, dirty and smelly. Elevator was dirty. Staff was lack luster. Upon checkout the front desk held her hand out assuming I was checking out not asking anything. She was just expecting me to hand over the room keys. Then preceded to say nothing else is owed you are good to go. No salutations or thanks for staying. The breakfast buffet is a complete scam $25 for powdered eggs, frozen pancakes and questionable bacon. Felt more like a motel than hotel.

Stayed here for 1 night before an early flight home. Convenient to airport. This place is usually affordable and I would say "fine" in terms of comfort and cleanliness. Overall the property and rooms are just getting kind of "dated."

Conditioner dispenser missing. Shower head difficult to use and it soaked the shower curtain and bathroom floor. Hand towels smelled foul, bath towels were roughy, felt like a burlap bag. Jose the bartender was awesome, friendly, prompt and skillful.

I thought the rooms were a little bigger, but I was surprised to see they were small and dated. When looking for my shoe under the bed I noticed a piece of bread. So cleaning was not done correctly. I did not park my vehicle because of the $55 overnight fee, which is ridiculous if you ask me. Also they put a hold on your card for $320, way more than any hotels I've ever stayed at. Now here is the big problem I had when reviewing my statement. They had changed $12.72 for, "Local Ordinance fee" this was not discussed at check-in or check-out. I had just received an email with the statement stating the charge and am not happy with this extra charge. At this point, I will never again stay at this hotel.

I like all the amenities it offers and the initial appearance looked appealing until you find that many things comes with an additional price tag that is not disclosed upon viewing. We were not given the wifi information without asking, the parking is a separate fee and the scan option to pay by phone was confusing. Our bathtub was dirty and there was no kleenex in the tissue box. Called for additonal towels but never received. I will not recommend this facility to anyone.

I honestly didn't like anything about my stay at 4 Points Sheraton. First and foremost, there were protests going on outside, whom I believed to be the very staff members of the place itself. I'm for workers rights, but I also didn't want to stay in a hotel with protesters with drums and megaphones eaking us up between 6am and 7am, and then continuing to protest off and on throughout the day. I had to process a request refund with both Expedia and The hotel manager to even get a refund. I was aiming to get a refund for the whole stay, but the Sheraton at the very least refunded the 2 days I didnt stay, and 1 day that I did. In the end I was only charge for 1 of the 2 days. Still, the stay the was horrible despite the protests. The matress was yellow, and had stains everywhere, there needed to be touch up jobs through the walls and furnishings, and I foudn I lot of food crumbs under one of the dressers. The bed felt uneven and lump. The area feels empty and gray, because it's by the airport. Oh, and their breakfast was awful. Poor selection of food and the waffles were as hard as rock. You could tell they don't throw food out and just reheat it for the next day. Just don't stay here. For our last 2 days we stayed at a Days In; a notoriously cheap hotel, and it was much better, cleaner, and had more resturants around it.

When we opened the door to the room, someone was already asleep in the bed. We were very scared. and we had to wait for them to give us another room. In addition, it charges other hidden charges. Our experience was terrible. I do not recommend at all. Also, parking is very expensive for that type of hotel.

I don’t usually give poor ratings but this stay was probably the worst I’ve experienced in years. Extra large security hold fees, limited parking I had to pay for and wasn’t informed of before booking, apparently their workers were on strike and me being on the 7th floor could still hear their chants for hours over the television, and the room door did not close properly. I had to slam it shut if I wanted it closed. We have a local 4 Points and it is nothing near as disappointing as this one was.

We were woken up at 6am by a gather of people chanting, yelling and making loud noises outside our hotel room. The Four Points hotel staff were in strike…. Once we thought it stopped, they even came inside the hotel while we were eating breakfast. We could not even speak to eachother it was so loud. Very obsurd, loud and not an enjoyable stay.

My stay at the four points LAX was an absolute disaster. Despite the exorbitant cost, the hotel was in dire need of maintenance. Stained sheets, peeling wallpaper, a loose shower faucet, outrageously expensive parking, a non-functional ice machine, and a host of other issues made my stay less than enjoyable. However, the real kicker came when I discovered a double charge on my credit card the day after checking in. Despite speaking with the concierge twice, I received no satisfactory explanation for the charge. The hotel director, Marisela or Marcela, was particularly unhelpful and unfriendly. She offered only a partial refund for parking and some arbitrary tax fee adjustment, claiming it was standard for all LA hotels. To add insult to injury, my room didn't have individual heating or AC control, leaving me freezing for the duration of my stay. Despite reassurances at checkout, I was charged for a full week of parking instead of just one day. Accounting could only promise a refund without any explanation for the erroneous charges. The service was atrocious, and the overall experience was nothing short of a disappointment. I expected better.

Charged for a smoking fee, WITH NO SMOKING!!!! BEWARE OF UNWANTED CHARGE!!!!!! No alarm went off or any calls to the room about the charge. Wouldn't let me dispute the charge. Had a wallet go missing (nothing in the wallet) When I let them know they said "you did not tell us", I had called front desk to stop all cleaning as i felt unsafe, They STILL CLEANED THE ROOM WHEN I ASKED NOT TOO FROM MISSING ITEM! DO NOT STAY HERE- YOU WILL GET UNWANTED CHARGE!!!!

Staff was unfriendly, stayed for 3 days, keys were deactivated every day. Had to go ask the desk clerk to activate the key and they were rude about it. The rooms were not clean daily. The restaurant was closed. limited staff and there was a very loud protest at 4am from their staff.

Los años se notan que han pasado y empieza a verse deteriorado tanto el hotel en general así como las habitaciones. Si usan el estacionamiento, la tarifa con impuestos es de aproximadamente $ 67 dlls diarios
