Fenomenale locatie !! UITZICHT OVER DE OCEAAN. Dit prachtige SANTA MONICA BEACH HOUSE ligt op een steenworp afstand van de oceaan. De historische villa van bijna 100 jaar oud met een modern interieur is een echte Luxury Beach Living. Geniet van een intieme aura terwijl u ontspant in urban casual, uniek voor strandgevoel in Zuid-Californië. Surfboard een must!

Dit Grand House is voor het ultieme Beach Living! Mooie houten vloer van Walnut door het hele huis is SOLID (niet geconstrueerd / gelijmd) afgedicht met niet-giftige kit. Enorme keuken heeft veel aanrechtruimte, uitgerust met de top met de naam Europese apparaten (Subzero, Thermador, Miele, enz.), Perfect voor koken in de familie en entertainment. Grote woonkamer met uitzicht op de oceaan is goed uitgerust met zitjes terwijl u geniet van een open haard op gas voor grote familiefeesten. Alle kamers hebben grote ramen en het zonlicht dat elk uur stroomt is zalig, perfect om te ontspannen. Enorme voordek met head-on uitzicht op de oceaan is om te zonnebaden en zonsondergang te kijken. Te veel om te worden vermeld, in elke hoek en elke bocht, dit grootse huis biedt onvergetelijke ervaringen met echte 5-sterren voorzieningen! Houd rekening met de constructie naast de deur. House ligt aan een wandelstraat .. geen toegang met de auto, trappen op de Arcadia-poort gaan door het strand.

Dit fantastische huis ligt aan het beroemde strand van Santa Monica. De hoofdstraat is de enige echte PRIVÉ-straat in Santa Monica, met aan beide uiteinden vergrendelde poorten. Perfect Graduation Get Together

Our group was traveling in from both coasts and the UK for a graduation in Santa Monica. It needed to be able to house us but also give some space, ideally be walkable to other locations/needs. We ALSO decided to have a chef serve dinner to us on graduation night (we cleared this with the host first to be sure it was okay). It was perfect!! Great communication from the host, and a great option overall. Everyone was comfortable. Thank you!

Beautiful House on Secluded Arcadia St

We loved our stay in Santa Monica! House is beautiful, huge, clean and so well decorated. You definitely felt like you were on vacation. It was even better than the photos! The kids ran from room to room and took in all the cool outdoor spaces with views. Owner was great and check in and out was easy. We have 2 adults and 4 kids and we had more than enough room. Bedrooms were clean and comfy and spacious. Street is part of gated area and a short easy walk to Santa Monica beach and pier. Parking is in a lot between house and beach which was convenient. The view from the 1st floor deck and the deck outside the 3rd floor bedroom was amazing and so much outdoor space. The beach was really close and the kids could even walk over and we could see them from the house. We would definitely stay there again!

Mostly Great!!

Overall, it was a great experience and we made a lot of great memories in this house! Our only two considerations would be: - Unable to access main thermostat to change the temperature; Was hot at night. - It is definitely in a busy area; At night the pier was a bit bright and loud.Which we knew as we were renting this house. But, it wouldn’t be the best if you’re looking for a quiet getaway. But, all things considered, we were very happy with the rental!

We had an amazing stay at the beach house! Luhanda is a great host, always available when needed. Everything is very well organized from the parking to the surf board and bikes for the kids! The bedding is just the more comfortable I have ever slept in!!! The location is perfect, just steps away from the beach and down town. I really recommend this house, where you feel like home!!

Prime location!

8 adults, 4 days in Santa Monica. Location was perfect. The private walkway is safe, house is close to beach and the pier. Walkable to great restaurants and sites. House is rustic with a modern touch in the kitchen. We loved the Miele espresso machine. Luhanda is an awesome host. Super responsive, delivering any needs in a timely manner. Definite recommend and would repeat stay.

Amazing home, great location

The home was amazing and the location couldn’t be beat. They should invest in better kitchen staples, for a house this size the kitchen was lacking (not enough plates/glassware, no mixing bowls, no griddle, etc). A few basics would go a long way.

Lovely Locale

The house is 100 years old and beautiful----clean, roomy, and filled with everything one might need for a great stay. The owner is terrific and very responsive. The only issue---the picture in the ad is misleading. There is no ocean view off the front porch as the picture indicates---the home next door is under construction and the view is blocked. There is a partial view off the third floor balcony which is nice, but if you're looking for sweeping views of the ocean, this isn't the place. Otherwise, it's lovely and walking distance to all the best that Santa Monica has to offer.
