Beach Front Executive Home

Eindeloze uitzichten op de oceaan, betoverende zonsondergangen en romantische avondlichten zijn wat sommige van onze gasten hebben opgemerkt na hun verblijf.

De woning heeft 6 grote slaapkamers, allemaal met aangrenzende badkamers, twee extra badkamers voor gasten (een badkamer is uitgerust met een handicap) op de eerste en tweede verdieping, een biljartkamer met pooltafel, twee familiekamers, formele eetkamer, drie open haarden, casual ontbijt hoekje met uitzicht op de oceaan en het leeshoek, samen met een gastronomische keuken die adembenemend zal zijn. Er is een werkende lift die alle drie de verdiepingen bedient en afhankelijk van de grootte van uw voertuig biedt de garage plaats aan maximaal zes voertuigen.

Het grote huis is comfortabel en geavanceerde technologie om je 's nachts warm en koel te houden tijdens de zomermaanden, samen met geautomatiseerde verlichting en high-definition tv's, stereo / Pandora / Spotify / iTunes in elk van de slaapkamers en in het hele pand samen met een geavanceerd video beveiligingssysteem.

Gelegen op het veelgevraagde Boardwalk-schiereiland van Long Beach, directe toegang tot het strand en ½ blok naar de baai maakt deze woning even plezierig voor zowel volwassenen als kleine kinderen om veilig te genieten van fietsen, kajakken, paddle boarding, windsurfen, gondel rijdt rond Napels eiland of gewoon luieren. Op loopafstand van de populaire 2nd Street, waar u vele restaurants, winkels en uitgaansgelegenheden kunt vinden.

De woning is centraal gelegen ten opzichte van Long Beach Convention Center, Aquarium of the Pacific, Queen Mary (10 minuten), Disneyland en Knott's Berry Farm (20 minuten), LAX (30 minuten), John Wayne Airport (20 minuten), het centrum van LA (20 minuten) 40 minuten).

Wonderful Family Time

What a great stay for our whole family! So much space and the access to the beach (just a few steps away) as well as the marina (just a block or two) could not be better. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated and our two sons, their wives and children were situated over different floors which gave us all privacy when we wanted it and a place to gather when we were all together. The hosts were kind and gracious with great communication-I felt like we had made new friends! Would definitely come here again for a family weekend. Thank you for helping us make wonderful memories together!

Seventy forth birthday celebration

The location was surreal. We enjoyed the view, the sound of the ocean and cleanliness of the house. The space was inviting. It was like being at home. The garages accommodated our cars perfectly. My guests enjoyed every moment, and are still thanking me for the invite. I would definitely consider using this property again.

Amazing House

We booked this place for a long weekend and it was the perfect size for our family. All the couples had their own rooms and extra bathrooms. loved the house we also came with (4) full size SUVs and they all fit in the garage. The only downside to staying here was the beach… We could walk out the back and we were on the beach, which was great. But the beach was full of trash..Anything you could think of was washed up all over the beach. Each day we had to clear a spot for the kids to play because you would find glass, plastic, and just about any kind of garbage you could think of. Loved the house, just not the beach it was on.

Great 4th of July

What an amazing house! Perfect location, especially for the 4th of July. We saw fireworks on both sides. There was so much space for the 7 of us. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen was incredible. The owners were very helpful and responsive. We wold definitely come back!

Amazing house

We loved this house so much! It’s huge and beautiful and amazing. It’s right on the beach, so my son and his friends swam, played soccer and football and rode bikes all the way up to shoreline village. There was so much space for everyone to relax and spread out. The boys played pool and the kitchen and dining area were great for big group meals. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful property with panoramic views of the ocean and city. Close proximity to retail and grocery. Very spacious and private. Owners were easy to access. We would definitely vacation here again. Only one suggestion would be getting repeaters for internet on ground level since WiFi signal was weak on ground level.

Overall a great place to stay with a large group

The whole family loved the place, with a large kitchen, balconies, and beautiful views, it's hard not to like the house itself. There were some basic items missing, like body soap in all the bathrooms, washcloths, and a sponge to do dishes. Other than than, we would stay here again.

A bit disappointed

The house location and structure are amazing, but for the "high end" renter, you will be disappointed: First, the beach is filthy with litter (not owner's fault) and has so much trash, including a dead cat and dead pelican wrapped up in the trash, that we never really used the beach in front of the home, but went to other, cleaner beaches. Second, the house needs a lot of attention: One bedroom ensuite shower did not work at all, and we were never advised of this before renting and staying, including upon the checkin. Many broken granite counter tops, compactor doesn't work, the ice machine in the island wasn't working, and the BBQ was cheap and difficult to cook on. The front door would not open from the outside and we were not given the garage code. Used the garage remotes. The pool table had only one question with a tip, out of four ques. Kitchen utensils are inadequate and cheap. There was not one knife capable of cutting a steak.These little things all added up. If I paid 300-400 per nt, I would be fine, but shelling out big bucks (for me) I expected "big buck" delivery. Their son was a delightful young man, but literally spent 5 minutes with us. We never figured out how to use the in-home stereo system, and could have been better informed about the issues above, rather than figuring them out on our own. We had a great time, but won't be back....

Everything was good at the property and the manager was very helpful and respectful there was one issue where a bathroom shower leaked on a bed this was also in a previous review apparently they have not fixed that issue but are working on it. Another shower was not working and a door on a different shower had issues. All in all everything else was good. The city needs to do a better job of cleaning up since the beach was flooded with debris - we actually found a syringe on the beach. No fault of the owners, but not good since we had children. Had to travel to a different beach. Made the best of it.

The communication was suburb! Probably the best I have experienced. We didn't experience any problems but when needed something they responded immediately! The house is large and directly on the beach! Made for a wonderful vacay. Fully recommend

Beautiful house with ocean view, minor plumbing issue encountered

We stayed at this lovely house last week and had a wonderful experience overall. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated, with a stunning ocean view that we enjoyed thoroughly. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach, which was perfect for our beach getaway. We encountered a minor leak from the ceiling in a bedroom. While it caused some inconvenience, as we had to move the mattress from the bed frame, the host was responsive and addressed the issue promptly. We appreciate their attentiveness and efforts to try to resolve the situation. Despite this minor setback, we still had a fantastic stay at this house and would definitely recommend it to others. The positive aspects of the property far outweighed the single inconvenience we experienced.
