Het is de perfecte plek om te spelen in het zand en zee, en geniet van zonsondergangen vanaf de patio, een terras en een woonkamer.

RELAX & DINE bij "LAX BEACHHOUSE"
Geniet van de ruime en comfortabele woonkamer met open haard en 60-inch flatscreen-tv met HD-kabel-tv. Op de privépatio, die uitkomt op het gouden zand van ons vriendelijke "privé" strand, ontspan je op de lounges voor de warmte van de zon en de vuurplaats, en BBQ en dan dineren op de tafel voor 6. Merk op dat er geen stoep vol met voetgangers in de voorkant van de patio zoals in de meeste So. Cal. badplaatsen. Maaltijden bereiden in de gastronomische keuken, met top-of-the-line apparaten en meester-kok keukengerei en gastheer elegante diners in de eetzaal, die 8 zetels. Of informele maaltijden in de granieten ontbijtbar met uitzicht op de oceaan.

We had a wonderful extended weekend at the beautiful LAX Beachhouse. We fully appreciated the indoor outdoor spaces, we walked to a few of the local restaurants and our teen girls enjoyed playing volleyball, boogie boarding and laying on the sun Frank is an incredible host! We look forward to our next stay at the beach house in the near future.

Best Place in LA!

We loved, loved, loved our stay! I can’t say enough about how great this home and lo CSS action are! Right on the beach with fantastic views and walkable to local restraints and coffee shops! Our host was more than accommodating and so responsive, we loved working with him. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat, you won’t regret choosing this place for your LA stay!

Great location!

The place was clean and the host was fantastic. We stayed at the beach house for the first part of our SoCal vacation. It is central to many tourist spots and the walk out beach access was top notch.

My family absolutely loved the house. The location is great and the sunsets were spectacular. The master patio had amazing views and being on the ocean was wonderful. The house has a nice open layout and great vibe. We will be back in a few weeks. There are even a few walkable restaurants.

Spotlessly clean, amazing location

Frank accommodated us with a couple of special requests, and was extremely communicative through the whole process of booking and during our stay. The home was nicely appointed, has a beautiful retro look, and they don't use the chemical air fresheners to try to make it smell clean, because it IS clean. Everything in the listing is accurate, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay!

The good: The house is right on the beach. The beach is a quieter area without too many crowds. The volleyball nets are wonderful. Frank is very communicative. The house was very clean. The garage is spacious enough for a midsize SUV. The house is air-conditioned, which is a benefit at night. FYIs for future guests… this house is very close to LAX (fully disclosed in the listing). The listing and the reviews do not mention how loud the airport noise is. You can hear planes taking off while inside the house with all the windows closed and the air conditioner running. Being an international airport, flights takeoff all night long. The queen bed bedroom is on the ground floor, children might be nervous to be alone downstairs. The bad… The neighbors are doing construction, and the worker set up his power tools on the patio by the ocean. A circular saw woke the whole house up at 7 AM. The neighboring owner is disrespectful. He blocked me in the garage and gave me attitude about moving his car until he realized I was a guest. The house is showing its age. Windows are dirty or cracked. The sliding doors are weathered and very difficult to use especially for children. The railing are rusted. Floors, cabinets, walls, and paint are peeling or damaged. It doesn’t feel like the luxury experience the listing describes. I thought about this review for a while since I seem to be in the minority, but hope these thoughts are helpful for other guests.

Absolutely Impressed

The LAX Beach House was the perfect place to stay for our vacation to LA. The listing was very accurate—beach access from the back patio, better than expected parking situation, and a truly fantastic home with an exceptional host who answered all our questions prior to arrival. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The house was clean, had ample room, and the location is amazing. We will be staying here the next time we are in the area.

Graduation celebration!

Our family gathered from near and far to celebrate my daughter’s college graduation from Cal State Long Beach! We were looking for a place to enjoy much-needed family time throughout the weekend while celebrating and this beach house was perfect! This is a nice quiet beach that lies between LAX and Marina del Rey. The home is directly on the beach and provides all the advantages for which one would hope. The sliding glass doors open the house to the beach. The upstairs deck is a lovely place for coffee. The entire home is functional and clean. Unlike Malibu, there is a lot of nearby parking. This was our first VRBO and we were worried the reality would not match the advertisements. We were pleasantly surprised and now the family is clamoring for a return visit in 2024. :-)

Nice beach house

Nice beach house where you can walk right out to the ocean. Location is in an older area. The next door house is being gutted and they were jack hammering during the day. A window won't close on the main floor. Owner offered to come duct tape it shut. He said parts have been ordered. The girls were a little concerned at night. You have many stairs (18) to get luggage to the bedrooms upstairs. This is the master bedroom location. Overall the house is nice with a good kitchen. Walking out the back door to the beach is the best. The beach view from the master bed is wonderful.

Million Dollar Views

A group could literally fly into LAX, Uber over, and never have to go anywhere else. The Beach, Parks, Coffee Shops, Restaurants, and stores are all walking distance, or easy Uber. #PlayaProvisions - wow! We didn’t do that. We rented a car, plenty of parking for two rentals. Visited Hollywood, Santa Monica and Disney, all easy drives. The home is clean, the beds are all comfortable, and the view from the Kitchen, Living, and Master are amazing. We did not need the AC but it is nice to have just in case. Frank was very helpful ahead of check-in and during the stay. Had a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival (Thanks for that). I found the home to have an interesting price point, very reasonable for a private beach house, maybe a bit on the high end for 3 bedrooms. It is a bit older and has a few remodels going on in the neighborhood - very up and coming, high-end, secluded and private area. Book it! You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful & Wonderful Oceanfront Home

We enjoyed four nights at this wonderful property. The home was large and roomy and directly on the ocean. There are three bedrooms, two upstairs and one downstairs. Each has its own large bathroom. The upstairs master bedroom has a very large deck which overlooks the ocean. It was magical. We have a terrific time. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance too. The property owners communication was excellent. We couldn't have been more delighted.
