  • Dit is een ruime 2 verdiepingen, 3 slaapkamers 2. 5 bad familiehuis in een rustige buurt in kunstenaar enclave, Topanga Canyon. We zijn op loopafstand (1,2 km) van het Topanga Community House, de locatie van vele populaire evenementen, waaronder het gerenommeerde Topanga Days-festival gepland tijdens het Memorial Day-weekend. Het beroemde Theatricum Botanicum ligt ook op loopafstand en de legendarische Mermaid Tavern ligt aan de overkant van ons huis. Het huis ligt op 6. 3 mijl van zowel US 101 en de prachtige Pacific Coast Highway. In de buurt van wandelen, mountainbiken en surfen.

    De ruimte
    Er is een grote slaapkamer boven met een eigen badkamer met twee wastafels met ligbad en een open inloopdouche, in de hal zijn twee tweepersoons gastenkamers met toegang tot een andere complete badkamer aan de gang. Beneden vindt u een grote comfortabele woonkamer met een open haard en een babyvleugel. De vloeren zijn afgewerkt met saltillo-tegels in de woon- en eetkamers en bamboe plank in de keuken en familiekamer. De familiekamer heeft een 48 "Roku smart-tv met Netflix en Amazon. Er is een Google Home-apparaat en snelle wifi. De keuken is goed gevuld met een aangrenzende 1/2 badkamer beneden. Massieve 65 'dek buiten met een 500 liter Hot Springs Grandee hot tub, Propaan vuurplaats, kruipende tuinen, BBQ en een grote boomhut! Prachtig uitzicht rondom. Huisdieren zijn toegestaan volgens ons beleid. We hebben een grote omheinde tuin.

We had a very relaxing stay here. The hosts were very helpful - they recommended that we visit the local farmers' market where we bought fantastic food, and we prepared and enjoyed using the well-stocked kitchen. We highly recommend this location for a tranquil stay in a beautiful home.

The house was great! The beds were comfortable and the rooms had everything we needed. We enjoyed the back porch, hot tub, and view. Coming home from sight seeing was relaxing and a welcome respite from the busy-ness of our days. Also, Topanga Canyon is awesome with lots of nooks and crannies to explore!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lovely and well equipped home in Topanga. Kris and Diana were warm and generous hosts, and the home had literally everything that we needed from towels to pillows to pots and pans. As a guest who visited for dinner said, the home is beautiful but in a way that feels relaxed and unfussy. We plan to stay there again in the future!

A lovely home

It was a true pleasure to stay in this home. The location was away from the bustle of the city, but close enough to be convenient to a number of attractions, hiking, and the airport. The home itself is obviously adored by her owners and well maintained. We would stay here again!

Family reunion in Topanga

Gorgeous Woodland stay

Family of five, we enjoyed our stay. Great place for walks and countryside and so close to Calabasas and HWY 1. Check if hot tub working before you book though, if that's important to you as it wasn't when we stayed. Host very lovely and welcoming!

Amazing family house in the canyon

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood with great outdoor space. Hot tub and outdoor fire bowl were nice for the cool weather we had. The house itself is well stocked and very clean. The hosts were very responsive to any questions and made check in easy. It was perfect for our family.

The location was out of city but not a far drive. The hosts were awesome they kept in touch and helped with any issues that came up. The house is well loved and had character. The tree house was more for looks and deck was a little old. Our overall stay was perfect and i would recommend to anyone who enjoys nature over city.

Clean and comfortable home in Topanga

Clean and comfortable home with a lot of character. Beautiful views all around the house. Well equipped kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner. Hosts were very responsive, and even decorated for Thanksgiving, which was a nice touch.

Beautiful home

This was a home, not just a house. There were personal touches that made the house perfect. The little things made a huge difference from other places I have stayed. If we decided to go back to this area I would 100% rent this house again.

Amazing!

Get away from the city and enjoy this beautiful, home! Inside is cozy and comfortable! The back deck is so relaxing with the tropical setting. Hot tub and table tennis were a bonus! The hikes up the streets to peacock hunt were an adventure as well! :) Great spot to unplug!

Slice of paradise

My family and I, including a 13 month old baby, stayed in this beautiful home. We had an incredible visit, everything we needed was available, We took advantage of the hot tub outside, as well as all of the anomalies in the house. My family stayed up doing puzzles, and enjoyed all the walking available around us. I highly recommend this property, as the owners of the property, or extremely accommodating and friendly as well.

Cute house

The property was great, loved it for having coffee on the porch and hanging out with nature. The owner was cool and notified me when people were supposed to get in the backyard to water all the plants due to extreme hot weather conditions.

A Canyon Christmas…

A very warm comfortable home with detailed instructions for everything. Owners replied within minutes with any concerns we had. Would book again in a heartbeat….
