I paid for this stay through Expedia. The day after checking out, I found that I was charged more than the Expedia rate and in addition to what I had already paid through Expedia. The charge was made on my card that was required for “incidentals.” The staff member checking us in didn’t offer water, like the adjacent lines and did not tell us about the concierge level access based on my rewards status. I’ve left a message for Marriott Billing and have not received a response.

We stayed here one night to break up our flights. It was so convenient as it’s minutes away from LAX and they have a free shuttle to the airport. The staff is so incredibly nice - Corliss especially was the best at the front desk. Our trip started a little rough as our flight was incredibly delayed but as soon as we got the Marriott it all turned around for the better thanks to Corliss’ positive and welcoming spirit as well as the rest of the staff there! We will definitely stay here again!

Every employee we encountered was so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our room was clean and the housekeepers kept our room clean daily. The pool and hot tub were nice and it was nice to have so many dining options on site. I will definitely come back to this hotel

The room could have used more/better lighting, as well some more closet and or drawer space/options. Our booking was for 4 people and there was only a tiny closet and 2 drawers total. Other than that it’s a convenient location, the hotel always looked clean, and the staff are quick to respond to any requests/needs.
