The large, natural, sandy stretch of beach is available to renters and homeowners only and offers a very small-town feel with a lot of privacy. Great for families and kids. Nature here is intact, the water is the cleanest in Los Angeles, and there are dolphins, sea lions, pelicans, fish, and lobster in the waters just in front of the home.
