We arrived late at night our first night and when I opened the second bedroom I was met with such a loud noise. They clearly had a leak and had an industrial dehumidifier and fan with the bed moved away from the wall and the humidifier extension taped to the floor and drainage into the bathroom sink which made half the bathroom unusable. I contacted them right away and they said they were unaware and would contact me first thing in the morning to resolve it. The never called and 2.5 days later I reached out again and then they finally responded with no resolution. Told me they would get back to me again and failed to do so. The place was also dirty as there was construction happening prior. They admitted that they had prior knowledge of a known leak yet gave us no notice before showing up and thought it was okay to still rent at full price. We had a toddler with us who could not stay in that room because of the equipment. Horrible experience and worse customer service. They truly don’t care to get back to you or help you at all. They clearly own a ton of properties and have another management team take care of things and do not know what is going on. This was my third stay and they still couldn’t even help me out. Would never stay there again which is a shame because it’s a great location but not worth the hassle. Als to mention half of the electrical outlets did not work and we had a sleep apnea machine we almost couldn’t plug in.
