Modern Rustic Retreat

Modern en hip huis op een heuvel met een prachtig uitzicht op de Santa Monica Mountains. Geweldige plek om te entertainen, zowel binnen als buiten. Voelt alsof je op een afgelegen toevluchtsoord.
Een acre veel, RV aansluitingen, huisdieren, Dwell moderne stijl, kindvriendelijke, grote omheinde tuin. BBQ met mooie voordek alle opgericht om buiten te dineren.
3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers huis in een rustige woonwijk. Master badkamer is voorzien van een twee persoons jacuzzi naast een spa, zoals stoomdouche. Buitendouche met totale privacy. Set back off van een doodlopende straat. 25 minuten naar het strand van Malibu, 45 minuten naar LAX. Een uur en een half van Disneyland, 45 minuten van Santa Barbara. 20 minuten naar Camarillo Outlet Mall. Paardenboerderij met paarden te huur op 5 minuten van het huis, prachtige wandel- en fietspaden in het staatspark op vijf minuten van het huis. Trail hoofd op de hoek van onroerend goed dat opent om te wandelen.
Opmerking: Er is een extra vergoeding voor meer dan 4 volwassenen - $ 50 per persoon, per nacht.

This is the 2nd year we’ve stayed here and we loved it every bit as we did last year! It has everything you would ever need and great for young kids. My 3 year old grandson spent many hours playing in the back area which had a sandy area to play with the toys that are there for them! The back patio is an oasis of foliage and flowers and a magnificent view. Looking forward to coming again next year!!

Fire Pit with Terrific View

The living spaces were much larger than I expected. The best part was the adorable little patio with a big fire pit and a fabulous view. And it was so peaceful!! Would have been nice to have some sort of closet or at least a hanger in one of the small bedrooms. Terrific kitchen with everything we could ever want. We had guests over and had no problem with fitting 18.

Came to Cali from Michigan for our 1st borns wedding. We have a family of 6 and the space was ideal. Location to venue was perfect. Loved the layout of the home. We actually had the rehearsal dinner catered in at the house due to the layout and outdoor areas.

Absolutely Awesome!

We’ve booked many rental homes with our family and Modern Rustic Retreat was one of the very best we’ve experienced. The home had stunning vistas and multiple conversation areas. It had a well-appointed kitchen. We enjoyed the neighborhood, the nice neighbors, and lots of hiking trails in walking distance. We would highly recommend it.

I can honestly say this is probably the best VRBO we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in many! It was clean, comfortable and so well stocked! You didn’t want for anything! It has a great backyard and a huge sandpit for kids to play, also well stocked with toys. My grandson loved it there! We will definitely book again!

Great view!

Amazing place. The pics are a little outdated, there is no grass anymore (for dog owners, so we took our dog to the local park to play) and there is an amazing glass wall view of the mountainside, which is way better than the photos represent. Feels like indoor/outdoor living. Good large kitchen. The chairs outside are comfy. Inside there is lots of seating but it’s all stuff you wouldn’t want to sit on for long. Space can support a good amount of people. Overall a terrific home and place to relax.

Rustic Modern Retreat

My family and I attended a wedding in Camarillo and we needed a place to stay. I was not a fan of the hotels in the area. so I looked at VRBO for additional options. The house stood out from others and seemed to fit my group perfectly. The house is very cool with great views and lots of outdoor space. I really enjoyed opening the large bi-fold doors and sipping my coffee in the back yard and watch the birds. The art studio is also a cool addition with lots of games and activities to pass the time. We did have some troubles with the A/C when we checked in but Daniel was very responsive and was able to get someone there quickly to solve the problem. I would definitely love to return to this modern Rustic retreat again!

We stayed three days to visit family in the area. We all loved the house and outdoor spaces. Plenty of room for 5 of us. Enjoyed eating meals outside on patio with incredible views. Kitchen well stocked. Only issue for us was the beds were not very comfortable. Overall, visit was very enjoyable.
