Ascending to the second floor, you'll find the oversized master suite that features a cozy fireplace, a separate living area, and an en-suite bathroom. Next to that room, boasts another sumptuous queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom for added indulgence.

Travel Insurance: Considering the unpredictability of travel, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard your investment, as our cancellation policies remain in effect to uphold the integrity of our operations.

Quiet Hours: Adherence to quiet hours from 9pm to 8am is requested to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
No Events or Loud Music: We prioritize the comfort and well-being of our neighbors and guests.
Guest Policy: Only guests included in your reservation are allowed on the property. Additional guests or visitors are not permitted at any time.
Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on balconies or decks, in accordance with local ordinances.

We understand that your pets are family too! With prior approval from our hospitable hosts, your furry friends are more than welcome to join you during your stay. Booking Policies:

Long-Term Stays
For stays of 30 nights or more, a deep cleaning is required. The cleaning fee will be doubled and adjusted after booking. A mid-stay or end-of-stay cleaning will be scheduled to help keep the home fresh and comfortable.
Booking this home implies agreement with the house rules. Guests assume liability for any personal injuries during their stay and acknowledge that the host is not responsible for items left behind. Guests also agree to team entry with 12 hours' notice for necessary maintenance. We expect bookings to be made in good faith and discourage attempts to harm the host's business due to dissatisfaction.
