Tropical Setting where you can gather with friends and family. This is a family environment. Beach entrance Pool with Slide, Jumping Rock, Grato, and Large Jacuzzi. Outdoor lounging and eating areas. Outdoor BBQ with island. Firepit. Bonus room with theater & couches that seat 8-10. Large kitchen with open island. Pool table, foosball. Close to Magic Mountain, off Copperhill. Fireworks can be seen all over the valley during 4th of July from the balcony and backyard.
The space:
Pool, Heated Jacuzzi, Slide, Jumping Rock, Grato, Firepit, BBQ, Open floorplan for visiting, Pool Table, Foosball, Theatre.
Non smoking, no smoking indoors! Conversation levels to always align with a family environment neighborhood. Outside conversations and entertaining outside after 10pm to be considerate to neighbors. No parties! $3,000 fine paid by guest to host if a party is thrown or police are called by a neighbor for noise. If Damage is done to the home, fee to be assessed by Home Owner and VRBO. No Loitering out front or on the street. We have listed House Rules so you can enjoy yourself as well as respecting the home and homes in the neighborhood.

Other things to note:
Additional $100 per day to heat pool during Nov- March, $75 per day to heat pool April-Oct.
Jacuzzi is included in Booking Price!
If you do not want pool heating during your stay, message me and I will refund you the fee after booking. You can add it back at anytime.
If additional guests are located on property at anytime there is a $100 per person fee per day. We have house rules listed to make sure we are a good fit for you and our neighborhood. Message me if there is a special circumstance that you would like to ask a question about.
Gas Fireplace Fee: message me if you would like to use the gas fireplace inside the home. There is a $50 per day that you would like to use it. Firewood is included.
Outside Firepit: Included with use of firewood.
