Sterling House: Lux Getaway w/ heated pool & spa

Welcome to Sterling House! This beautiful pool house oasis is located on a friendly residential road with beachy surroundings, and was recently renovated with you in mind. Nestled near Long Beach Airport and Disneyland, our home offers a relaxing escape for your next family vacation.
The space
★Bedrooms★
Our house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

Bedroom 1: King Sized Bed, attached bathroom, walk-in closet, 55" smart TV
Bedroom 2: Queen Sized Bed, closet, 55" smart TV
Bedroom 3: Queen Sized Bed, closet
2x Queen Air Mattresses available upon request.

★Bathrooms★
The master ensuite has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower with a bench. The second bathroom on the other end of the home has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. Both bathrooms are equipped with bathroom essentials (soaps, shampoo/conditioner, body wash).

★Kitchen★
Our kitchen is the place to be if you enjoy cooking. It features an island with barstools, stainless steel appliances, coffee & tea bar, 4-burner stove, cooking utensils, and anything else you need to whip up that special meal for your loved ones. You will also find the dining table large enough to share a meal with your entire group. From the kitchen window, you might be able to spot humming birds feeding themselves the nectar of the honeysuckle vines (when in season) while you enjoy your morning coffee. ★Pool & Hot Tub★
Step into relaxation as you discover our stunning pool and hot tub oasis just beyond the back door. The water heater turns off automatically after 90 minutes, but can be run again if you'd like. Use of the hot tub is free. Heating for the pool is available for an additional $100/day. We have some basic pool rules that we ask guests to follow, which are included in the house rules. Pool and hot tub operation follow our quiet hours, from 9pm to 8am.


★Family Room★
Unwind in style in our living room, which features a chic bubble couch, board games, and a mounted 75-inch smart TV. This is definitely the perfect place to gather with family and friends after a day of swimming to enjoy a movie night or catch the next game!


★Garage★
Convenience is key with direct access from the garage to the house. Inside, you'll also find everything you need for laundry day with our washer and dryer setup. There's space for one vehicle in the garage and two more in the driveway.

Other things to note
★Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, so please take a moment to review the house rules provided. We kindly ask guests to respect our neighborhood and adhere to quiet hours between 9:00pm-8:00am. Trust us, you'll appreciate the tranquility as you unwind with peace and calm. So come, relax, and make unforgettable memories!

★POOL HEATING FEE: $100
We charge $100 for pool heating per day and will pre-heat the pool up to 85 degrees. The pool temperature may still fluctuate depending on the weather conditions, as they play a significant role in determining how effective the heating can be. Guests must notify hosts about pool heating prior to arrival as it takes longer times to heat entire pool.

★We emphasize our commitment to keeping the property in top shape for guests. Our maintenance team conducts routine weekday visits on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for tasks like trash removal, lawn care, and pool maintenance to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.

★This space has been precisely curated to provide the utmost comfort for our guests during their travels. Kindly note that to maintain a peaceful ambiance, we do not permit parties, photo shoots, video shoots or other business activities. Please be aware there is a Minut device installed in the living room which does not record audio but actively monitors for high decibel levels, crowds and cigarette smoke in order to prevent parties, damage or neighbor complaints. There are exterior cameras facing the front door, driveway, and side entrances. We strive to create a peaceful experience for all our guests.
