El Kids Club fue excelente para mis hijas. Karla, Caro, Yami y las demás chicas del staff fueron muy amables y amorosas. Me gusto mucho la sesión de sound healing frente al mar a cargo de Ivan.'

Every worker was so helpful and our concierge, Francisco, went above and beyond for us with special gifts for our anniversary and our daughter’s high school graduation. We can not wait to return!'

'The hotel was great. The room was clean, the staff was friendly & helpful, pools were the absolute best part of the trip!! Food was not as good as I expected from a Rosewood and I just wish it had a swim-able beach. Spa was awesome, kids club/nannies were just the very best and the speak-easy was AMAZING! Highly recommend!'

'Outstanding service, great pools, Talay and Morea were are favorite restaurants, Mezcal not so much, the staff is very well staffed, and all the restaurants and coffee shop a 15% gratuity is added automatically and a 16% tax. It’s in pesos however they give you the dollar amount so you don’t have to have any guest work on how much it actually cost you. Breakfast for two was around $100. Dinner could be 100 to 200 that does not include any drinks. Overall I think reasonable for a high-end...

'Fantastic stay however, we were in Garza Blanca Cancun and we found that the layout, breakfast hall (breakfast in general) was overall much better.. more option and better set-up. The up keep of the whole hotel is very well kept however once again we are comparing it to the Cancun one and it is slightly out-dated (the furniture, style) is abit old. But the staff were great and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our Conceige lady named Sam was amazing! Nothing was too big nor small for her to help us...
