'Perfect service! Beautiful lodge, very clean! Safe area. Monkeys stopped by in the morning, so funny to see them so close. The staff Marlene, William and the ladies are wonderful people, the feel like family. Delicious food! They know how to cook!! This was the best stay during our vacation. Marlene gave us good advice about Parque Manual Antonio. Approximately 30 minutes from the parque. Muchas gracias a Tia Marlen, William y a los miembros de la familia! Abrazos!'

'From the moment we arrived the staff greeted us with warm smiles and salutations, and throughout our stay it remained the same. Alan and his wife (the chef), Ariel, Alan’s brother and Andre and Patricia ( another chef) provided us with a rich history of the area and delicious meals. We slept like babies each night in the spacious lodging provided for us. The mountaintop views are breathtaking and taking a dip in the private waterfall was so refreshing! We totally enjoyed our stay!'

'Great manager, she is kind, knowledgeable, funny, and easy to reach. The place was clean and good location. Great for those on a budget not needing every amenity. If driving, back into parking lot. Grill currently not available due to building of an outside sitting area. Not sure you can walk to marina in 20 minutes, nor would I given the hill, but you definitely cannot walk to the park. Don’t think this error in landmarks is the fault of Tico Tico though, but the reason for my 3 stars on...

'Spotless!!!!!!!! Nice smell. Location was perfect. Close to Manuel Antonio, and Quepos. So you get some jungle and some city. I would recommend some hooks on the wall to hang clothes. Everything else was top notch. Love the bathroom, the bed, the view and air conditioning '

'We had a great stay! Dylan was fantastic, his energy and attentiveness was faultless, and he was able to give recommendations of what to do around the area. The areas to relax around the property were nice, including the pool and the hammocks. The included breakfast was wonderful - with various options to choose from. There are also options to buy lunch / dinner, and drinks and these meals were very good too! We had a garden view condo which was large and stocked with everything required,...

'Good location with nice swimming pool surrounded by trees, where you can see monkeys, toucan etc. Rooms are a bit outdated with old shower cap and old airco (not very effective by 35 degrees outside). Breakfast was good, but no coffee or tea is included - for cup of coffee or tea you have to pay 2,5 USD and for extra slice of bread - 1,5 USD. '

'Van buiten denk je dat het tegenvalt. Pas als je binnen bent zie je hoe mooi het is. Alleen jammer dat we aan de voorkant van de straat lagen. Dat waren daar de enige 2 kamers voor ons, jammer maar ja... Wel heel mooi en prachtig zwembad waar leguanen lopen en andere dieren. kamers heel ruim en netjes. Op loopafstand van alles.'

'Great place with a great view and great location close to Restaurants and Manuel Antonio national park. Would recommend getting a 4x4 as the driveway is a little steep but other than that the place is amazing !'

'The pool is in need of serious repairs. The air took a long time to cool down. I let the lady at the front desk know but she said it was because it was hot outside. The restaurant was closed. Not a resort. '
