'Terrible parking lot, no ilumination, signs don't make sense. Exit signs with no arrow, we wasted time trying to get out of the parking lot and we almost crash with another vehicle coming full speed on the ramp we were going up and he was going down. One ramp should be for going up and another ramp for going down. Also, we arrived at night and doors closed and nobody at front desk and of course no signs telling customer to go to different entrance. Lucky by the bartender of the bar next door...

'The location of The Place is excellent. The neighbourhood is lovely and extremely walkable. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. The terrace was quite large and lovely at night once it cooled off. I felt very relaxed here. Loved the restaurant!'

'Fantastic hotel all round. Great location, (mega modern mall beside it and hop on hop off bus next door as well) new building, super charming staff, excellent spacious rooms - all with a stunning view, comfy beds and fine linen - pool & gym on 18th floor also with amazing view, self service washing machines, great breakfast and delicious food in restaurant in evening (unusual in hotels I find!). Price/quality ratio very good. If I read this review I would think it was too good to be true but...

'Heel goed hotel, vriendelijke check-inn waarbij we vroeg de ruime hotelkamer in konden. Ontbijt was perfect met veel keuze en goede koffie. Koffie en water was de hele dag door gratis beschikbaar.'

'For those who prefer a small hotel, this is the ideal place. Our room was perfect, had a balcony witha very nice view on the snow covered Andes. The personal was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great.'

'Uiterst aangenaam hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Jammer genoeg wordt er voor het hotel al 2 jaar aan de weg gewerkt waardoor verkeersopstoppingen n vervelende bijkomstigheid zijn. Daarnaast wordt er in het hotel aan u facelift gewerkt dus nogal wat overlast van lawaai. Dit werd echter door Sarah van front office op een geweldige manier opgevangen en gecompenseerd. Chapeau hiervoor!'
